The Borough of Quakertown Water Department is regulated by numerous entities including the US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP), and the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC). These agencies are tasked with monitoring compliance for the Clean Water Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act and the Water Resources Plan.
