Rentals & Special Events

The Borough of Quakertown offers a number of rental locations available for private parties, birthdays, family reunions and corporate event. Applications for 2025 will not be reviewed until January 3, 2025. 

How to request an online reservation:

• Go to QuakertownRec.com
• Click "Log In" or "New Account"
  • If you need to create an account, please select the account type and complete the account information. Account information will include member name(s), billing address, contact information, and municipality. Accounts are approved every business day by Borough staff to confirm residency. Please note your account will not be active until it is approved!
    • If you are a resident of Quakertown Borough, you pay all your utility bills (electric, water, sewer, and trash) to Quakertown Borough. If you are unsure of your municipality, you can click here to find out by entering your address.
    • If you are applying on behave of an organization, choose "organization for the account type.
• Once you have logged in to your account, select "Reserve", and then click on "Request a Reservation".
• Select the facility you would like to request and complete the required information.

Please allow 3-5 business days for Parks and Recreation Department to review your facility request.
