Currently, bulk waste is collected monthly from residential customers and limited to one (1) bulk item per month per household. To expand the services offered to our customers, the Borough will offer the option of having additional bulk items collected at a fee of $20 per item. This fee will be included in your next monthly utility bill. Customers are not limited to the number of bulk items they can dispose of throughout the year. The monthly free bulk item will continue to be picked up on the customer’s regularly scheduled trash day, during bulk trash week.

 

Mattresses and box springs must be placed in a plastic bag before placing them curbside. Mattress bags can be purchased at Borough Hall, 35 N. Third Street, for a cost of $5.00 each.

 

Additional Bulk Trash Collection Request must be made at least 24 hours prior to your schedule trash day.
