Quakertown Police arrested Canyon in the area of 600 North West End Boulevard on a warrant for Robbery out of the Pennsylvania State Police.

DANGEROUS DOG/CONFINEMENT OF DOG – October 24, 2021

DEFENDANTS:  Austintino Gonzalez, Age 23, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

                           Katarina Dahlgren, Age 39, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police, stemming from a dog bite incident that occurred on 17 October 2021 in front of the Bush House, cited the owner, Gonazalez, for Harboring a Dangerous Dog, and the dog walker, Dahlgren, for allowing a person to be bitten by a leashed dog in her care.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – October 18, 2021 @ 9:33AM

DEFENDANT:  Jason Zeigler, Age 40, Riverside Dr., Bethlehem, PA

Quakertown Police cited Zeigler for Public Drunkenness in the area of 116 North Hellertown Avenue.

HIT AND RUN – October 21, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed Hit and Run and related charges against a male juvenile for leaving the scene of a three vehicle accident in the area of Park Avenue and South 11^th Street on 16 October 2021.

DUI / ACCIDENT – October 19, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Vincent McGovern Jr., Age 40, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested McGovern on an arrest warrant out of Quakertown stemming from a one vehicle traffic accident that occurred in the area of 41 North Hellertown Avenue on 17 October 2021 @ 0220 Hours. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.

WARRANT – October 19, 2021 @ 3:59AM

DEFENDANT:  Corinthian Mason, Age 28, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Mason at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on a warrant out of Carbon County for Failure to Appear on Disorderly Conduct charges.  He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

HARASSMENT – October 19, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Eric Bedwell, Age 56, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed Harassment charges against Bedwell for the role he played in a physical altercation that occurred at 8 Front Street on 14 October 2021. 

DUI – October 14, 2021 @ 8:34AM

DEFENDANT:  Ronald Jochen, Age 52, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the EZ Wash Autospa, 350 South West End Boulevard, for the report of a male opening up the inside of his vehicle, and after completely disassembling the interior of his vehicle, began washing the interior.  On scene, and after further investigation, Jochen was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

WARRANT – October 14, 2021 @ 4:59PM

DEFENDANT:  Michael Joseph, Age 24, Richlandtown Pk., Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Joseph in the area of 224 West Broad Street on a warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear for a Simple Assault. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS/HARASSMENT – October 14, 2021 @ 10:18PM

DEFENDANT:  Tywuan Hendricks, Age 38, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 8 Front Street for the report of a domestic dispute in progress.  On scene, police had to intervene in a physical altercation and after further investigation, Hendricks was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass and Harassment.  He was arraigned by Magistrate Falcone and bail was set at $35,000.  Hendricks was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – October 13, 2021

DEFENDANTS:  Taetuga Maae, Age 24, Naylor Court, Quakertown, PA

                            Brandon Reilly, Age 38, Kenwood Circle, Quakertown, PA
                            Tiffany Reilly, Age 39, Kenwood Circle, Quakertown, PA

 Quakertown Police filed charges against Maae, B.Reilly, and T.Reilly for assaulting a male at the American Legion, 610 East Broad Street, on 19 September 2021. All three defendants were arraigned by Magistrate Douple and bail was set at $50,000 each.

WEAPON ON SCHOOL PROPERTY – October 12, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges against a male juvenile for carrying a pocket folding knife on school grounds at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 11 October 2021.

ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD/IDENTITY THEFT – October 12, 2021 @ 3:10PM

DEFENDANT:  Melvin Mills, Age 61, Herkimer St., Brooklyn, NY

Quakertown Police were dispatched to TD Bank, 49 North West End Boulevard, for the report of a fraud in progress.  On scene, and after further investigation, Mills was arrested and charged with Forgery, Identity Theft, Theft By Deception, and Tampering Records or ID-Writing. He was arraigned by Magistrate Armitage and bail was set at $75,000. Mills was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police cited Richard for Public Drunkenness in the area of 128 South 9th Street.

Quakertown Police arrested Rodriguez for breaking and entering into the building at Freefall Action Park, 670 South Main Street. He was arraigned by Magistrate Armitage and bail was set at $25,000. Rodiguez was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT:  Nicholas Disabella, Age 40, South 9^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Disabella in the area of 471 South 9^th Street for assaulting and harassing a 15 Year Old female juvenile. He was arraigned by Magistrate Snow and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.

SIMPLE ASSAULT/RESIST ARREST/PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – October 4,2021

DEFENDANT: Santos Hernandez, Age 53, Braithwaite Ln., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police responded to the Quakertown Auto Wash, 71 South West End Boulevard on 28 September 2021 for the report of a disorderly person harassing employees.  On scene, and after further investigation, police took Hernandez into custody while resisting arrest and kicking an officer.
