Quakertown Police cited Konczal for harassing another resident at Quakertown Center Nursing Home, 1020 South Main Street on 21 May 2022.

SIMPLE ASSAULT / HARASSMENT      – May 27, 2022  @ 6:21PM

DEFENDANT: Alexander Fries, Age 29, Mountain Road, Slatington, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Simple Assault and Harassment against Fries for assaulting a resident in the 600 Block of West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for Disorderly Conduct due to his inappropriate behavior displayed at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 26 May 2022.

DEFENDANT:  Cory Lopez, Age 46, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Lopez for Public Drunkenness in the area of the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street.

DEFENDANT:  Michael Mitman, Age 37, N. Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Mitman for Public Drunkenness in the area of North Hellertown Avenue and Court Alley.

SIMPLE ASSAULT / TRESPASS – May 23, 2022  @ 8:06PM

DEFENDANT: Jennifer Brown, Age 21, Northview Rd., Telford, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of the 800 Block of Juniper Street for the report of a physical domestic in progress. On scene, and after further investigation, Brown was arrested and charged with Simple Assault, Criminal Trespass, and Harassment. She was arraigned by Magistrate Falcone and bail was set at $20,000 unsecured.

DUI – May 22, 2022  @ 5:28AM

DEFENDANT: David Benitez-Umanzor, Age 25, Clover Mill Rd., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a traffic accident with injuries at South West End Boulevard and Park Avenue. On scene, and after further investigation, Benitez-Umanzor was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

WARRANT – May 17, 2022 @ 2:28PM

DEFENDANT:  Jordan Lewis, Age 33, Park Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Lewis in the area of 809 Park Avenue on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County.  He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

CONFINEMENT OF DOGS / RABIES VACCINE – May 5, 2022

DEFENDANT: Juline Jones, Age 33, S. Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Jones for Confinement and control and Vaccination against Rabies after her pit bull attacked another dog on 25 April 2022 in the area of 206 Franklin Street.

WARRANT – May 4, 2022 @ 1:25PM

DEFENDANT: Gerard Barksdale, Age 59, North 5^th Street, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Barksdale in the area of 1465 West Broad Street on an arrest warrant out of Allentown Police Department and was transported to Allentown PD.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – May 3, 2022 @ 2:10PM

DEFENDANT: Robin Crist, Age 32, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police observed Crist walking down the street, yelling and screaming at herself, without a shirt on, then walking down the middle of West Broad Street obstructing the eastbound flow of traffic. Police attempted to detain her for her safety and she assaulted an officer and then resisted arrest. She was taken into custody, arraigned by Magistrate Gaier.  Bail was set at $350,000 and Crist was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT: Evan Weron, Age 33, Tierney Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police assisted Hatfield Township Police Department in taking into custody Evan Weron of 4 Tierney Court for a warrant related to a PFA violation.

Quakertown Police cited a female juvenile for spitting on another juvenile on 21 April 2022 at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.
