WARRANT – July 28, 2018 @ 9:47PM

DEFENDANT:  Kristen Kile, Age 31, South 11^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Kile in the area of 71 South West End Boulevard for driving without headlights illuminated. She was subsequently arrested on two active warrants out of both Montgomery and Chester.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE – July 25, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Matthew Sudol, Age 21, Stewart Drive, Hatfield, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Sudol for unlawfully taking a truck that was parked in the area of 114 South 9^th Street on 24 July 2018 without owner’s permission.

FORGERY – July 25, 2018

DEFENDANTS:  Brenda Watts, Age 33, North Main Street, Trumbauersville, PA

                           Amanda Goepfert, Age 34, Route 313, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Forgery, Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Access Device Fraud against Watts and Goepfert stemming from an incident involving a stolen paycheck that occurred on 8 June 2018 at Little Caesar’s, 120 South West End Boulevard

WARRANT – July 22, 2018 @  9:34PM

DEFENDANT:  Jessica Olivo, Age 30, Jefferson Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Olivo at 109 Jefferson Court on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department. She was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.                                                                         

 DUI   –  July 21, 2018 @ 10:54AM

DEFENDANT:  Keith Rapone, Age 53, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

On  21 July 2018 @ 10:54AM, Quakertown Police located a motorcycle down at the intersection of North Third Street and West Broad Street. After further investigation, Rapone was identified as the driver and subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS / HARASSMENT – July 21, 2018 @ 4:29PM

DEFENDANT:  Bradley Kratz, Age 29, Deer Run Road, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police were advised that EMS was responding to the area of the loading dock to the rear of the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street, for a 29 year old male reportedly having a seizure. After police arrived on scene, it was determined that Kratz was under the influence and became combative to police and EMS.

Quakertown Police responded to a well being check on a white female “sleeping” on a bench in front of the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street. After further investigation, Lutterer was cited for Public Drunkenness.

Quakertown Police cited Taylor for Public Drunkenness in the area of 1465  West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police arrested Blume in the area of 331 West Broad Street on an active Bench Warrant out of Montgomery County for Failure To Appear. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Metzger in the area of 501 North West End Boulevard for expired registration. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

CARRYING FIREARM W/O LICENSE – July 14, 2018 @ 4:10PM

UNDERAGE DRINKING

DEFENDANT:  Robert Forgione, Age 19, Dark Hollow Road, Pipersville, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Awckland (driver) in the area of South Main Street and Park Avenue for erratic driving. After further investigation, a loaded firearm was found in the vehicle and Auckland was arrested as he did not have a license to carry. The passenger (Forgione) was cited for underage drinking. Auckland was arraigned by Magistrate Benz and bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – July 13, 2018

Quakertown Police cited both males for their involvement in a physical altercation that occurred on 10 July 2018 in the parking lot of the Speedway Gas Station, 140 South West End Boulevard.

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against a male juvenile stemming from an incident that occurred in the area of 345 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police cited Stephens for punching and damaging numerous mailboxes on both Pennington Lane and Hickory Drive.

DRUG POSSESSION / WARRANT   – July 6, 2018 @ 6:05PM

DEFENDANT:  Garrett Deimeyer, Age 28, Swain Street, Bristol, PA

Quakertown Police came in contact with Garrett F. Deimeyer on what initially was reported as a possible medical issue at the Bush House, 200 West Broad Street.  Deimeyer had left prior to police / EMS arrival, but was located in Saylor Alley just off South 3rd Street. Deimeyer first provided a false name, but was positively ID’ed and was found to have active warrants out of both Bucks and Montgomery Counties. On search incident to arrest, suspected Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia were located. He was transported to Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

DRUG POSSESSION / WARRANT – July 6, 2018 @ 10:03PM

DEFENDANT:  John Henry, Age 32, Tamarack Drive, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Henry in the area of 145 North West End Boulevard for suspended Type F insurance cancellation.  During inventory search prior to impound, suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were located. There was also a bench warrant out of Lehigh County for Failure To Appear. He was transported to Lehigh County Prison.

Quakertown Police cited Mowry for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment stemming from an investigation into an incident that occurred on 28 June 2018 at TGIF, 10 Northwest End Boulevard, involving a fight.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 219 North Hellertown Avenue for the report of a disturbance.  On scene, and after further investigation, both Ervin and a male juvenile were cited for Harassment.

Quakertown Police filed charges of Criminal Mischief, Loitering and Prowling, Criminal Trespass, and Harassment against McMurtrie stemming from an investigation into an incident involving damaging a vehicle on 15 June 2018 in the area of 230 North Penrose Street.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 219 North Hellertown Avenue for the report of a domestic in progress involving male vs. female.  On scene, and after further investigation, Ervin was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Bergey in the area of 25 North West End Boulevard for speeding. He was subsequently arrested for Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia and was referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel.
