DEFENDANT – John Hughes, Age 54, Quarry Rd Coopersburg, PA 18036

 Quakertown Police arrested Hughes for DUI, after officers were dispatched for the report of a speeding, reckless vehicle in the area of West Mill Street and North 4^th Street.

DUI – February 9, 2023 @ 0027 HRS

DEFENDANT – Alexis Gilbert, Age 41, Eaton Ct Newtown, PA 18940

Quakertown Police initiated a traffic stop in the area of East Broad Street and South Ambler Street for an improper turn. After investigation, Gilbert was arrested for DUI.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – February 9, 2023 @ 1714 HRS

DEFENDANT – Lawrence Malone, Age 67, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the report of an elderly male who was stumbling in the parking lot behind the QNB Bank, 320 West Broad Street. Malone was located and cited for public drunkenness.

OUTSTANDING WARRANT – February 10, 2023 @ 0249 HRS

DEFENDANT – Jeffrey Lengyel, Age 30, N West End Blvd Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police were dispatched to South Main Street for the report of a domestic in progress, male vs female. On scene, Lengyel was found to have an outstanding probation warrant out of Bucks County.
