Quakertown Police arrested Sullivan for possession of a small amount of marijuana, paraphernalia, and public drunkenness after police observed a male subject laying down near a picnic table in Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street.

Quakertown Police arrested Coleman on outstanding warrants out of Bucks and Montgomery County Sheriff's Offices following a traffic stop on a vehicle in which he was observed as a passenger.

EWOC/SIMPLE ASSAULT – September 3, 2024

DEFENDANT – Michael Sauveur, Age 25, South Main Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Sauveur for endangering the welfare of a child and simple assault after police were dispatched to a domestic dispute in progress at his residence.

Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile for possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia after a report that the male student was bringing weed into the Quakertown High School on Tuesday.

RESISTING/EVADING ARREST – September 5, 2024

DEFENDANT – Male Juvenile

Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile for resisting arrest, evading arrest on foot, and disorderly conduct following a foot pursuit to apprehend a runaway juvenile at the pavilions in Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street.

Quakertown Police cited Sullivan for public drunkenness after investigation into an ambulance assist for a male who fell and injured his arm.

Quakertown Police arrested Worley for DUI, following a traffic stop for speeding in the area of Park Avenue and Front Street.

Quakertown Police arrested Latzko for simple assault after police were dispatched for a physical domestic in progress at her residence.

Quakertown Police arrested Andrichyn on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County Probation.

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for curfew violation after he provided false identification and pedaled away on his bicycle when stopped at 1:00 AM behind the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – September 13, 2024

DEFENDANT – Two Male Juveniles

Quakertown Police referred two male juveniles to the Youth Aid Panel for their involvement with throwing food and soda onto a vehicle in the area of 70 North West End Boulevard.
