POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA / ACTIVE ARREST WARRANT – October 1, 2024

Quakertown Police arrested Jones on an outstanding warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department. On search, incident to arrest, Jones was in possession of several glass smoking pipes.

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel after being out intoxicated at the Quakertown High School, 600 Park Avenue.

Quakertown Police cited Coughlin and a female juvenile for underage consumption of alcohol after investigation into a physical dispute in the front yard of a residence on South 10^th Street.

THEFT OF A MOTORCYCLE / RSP – October 2, 2024

DEFENDANT – David Gowen, Age 45, NFA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Gowen for theft of a motorcycle and receiving stolen property following investigation into a stolen motorcycle from August 21, 2024.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – October 3, 2024

DEFENDANTS – Emily Gruver, Age 51, Juniper Street Quakertown, PA 18951

                               – Deanna Andrichyn, Age 33, Juniper Street Quakertown, PA 18951

                               – Jacob Fuhrer, Age 29, Juniper Street Quakertown, PA 18951

                               – Stephen Stone, Age 49, Juniper Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police filed charges against Gruver, Andrichyn, Fuhrer, and Stone of simple assault after investigation into an assault of two victims in the area of Quakertown West Apartments, 480 South 9^th Street.

ACTIVE ARREST WARRANT – October 4, 2024

DEFENDANT – Thomas Hager, Age 53, West State Street Coopersburg, PA 18036

Quakertown Police arrested Hager on an outstanding warrant out of Coopersburg Police Department for strangulation in the area of the Econo Lodge, 1446 West Broad Street.

FIREARMS POSSESSION – October 5, 2024

DEFENDANT – Barry Sammartino, Age 39, West Walnut Street Perkasie, PA 18944

Quakertown Police arrested Sammartino for possession of a firearm without a license following a traffic stop for a broken registration lamp in the area of 200 West Broad Street.

FIREARMS POSSESSION / TERRORISTIC THREATS – October 6, 2024

DEFENDANT – Zachary Kruger, Age 43, Forest Avenue Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Kruger for firearms not to be carried without a license, terroristic threats, simple assault, and recklessly endangering another person after police were dispatched to a shots fired report in the area of South 7^th Street and Saylor Alley.
