POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE – November 1, 2024

DEFENDANT – Antony Gonzalez Javier, Age 40, North 7th Street Allentown, PA 18102

Quakertown Police arrested Gonzalez Javier for possession with intent to distribute after police observed small baggies of white powder inside his vehicle during a traffic stop.

 

LIQUOR LAWS – November 1, 2024

DEFENDANT – David Reith, Age 19, Easton Road Hellertown, PA 18055

Quakertown Police cited Reith for underage possession of alcohol after a bottle of tequila was found in his vehicle during a traffic stop for turning left in front of a vehicle on Tohickon Avenue.

 

Harassment – November 2, 2024

DEFENDANT – Female Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel for her involvement in an altercation between two female juveniles at the Quakertown Elementary School, 123 South 7th Street.

 

RESISTING ARREST/DOG LAWS/ACTIVE ARREST WARRANT – November 3, 2024

DEFENDANT – Susan Brazen, Age 44, West Broad Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Brazen on an outstanding warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff's Office after police were dispatched to an animal complaint in which her dog attacked and killed a neighbor’s dog. Brazen was also charged with resisting arrest, unlawful confinement and control of dog, dog licenses, propensity to attack without provocation, and disorderly conduct.

 

SIMPLE ASSAULT/RESISTING ARREST/POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA – November 3, 2024

DEFENDANT – Seneca Payne, Age 45, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Payne for simple assault, resisting arrest, drug paraphernalia, and harassment after investigation into an assault on South Hellertown Avenue where a male punched another male in the head.

 

RETAIL THEFT – November 8, 2024

DEFENDANT – Ethan Saville, Age 22, Nettles Lane Perkasie, PA 18944

Quakertown Police cited Saville for retail theft after investigation into a theft of a ‘RARE’ Delta 10 vape device from the US Gas Mini Mart, 530 East Broad Street.
