Quakertown Police cited Burg for harassment after police were dispatched for a fight in progress in the area of 24 N. Ambler St.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA/PARAPHERNALIA/UNDERAGE DRINKING – June 3, 2024

DEFENDANT – Dante Davis, Age 19, Penn Ave Telford, PA 18969

Quakertown Police arrested Davis for possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and underage drinking after encountering him sitting outside while intoxicated in possession of suspected marijuana and paraphernalia on Juniper St. 

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA– June 6, 2024

DEFENDANT – Female Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel after she was found in possession of a marijuana vape stemming from a fire alarm in the bathroom at Quakertown Community High School.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – June 6, 2024

Quakertown Police cited Olivera for criminal mischief following investigation into a domestic dispute on Alan Ln.

DEFENDANT – Max Flegeal, Age 19, Upper Ridge Rd Pennsburg, PA 18073

Quakertown Police arrested Flegeal on an active arrest warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear.

CURFEW LAW – June 12, 2024

DEFENDANT – Male Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited one male juvenile and warned two other male juveniles for curfew violation after observing juveniles running across 309 and down Park Avenue.

DEFENDANT – Micaela Millan, Age 36, W. Linden St Allentown, PA 18101

Quakertown Police arrested Millan on active arrest warrants out of South Whitehall and Bucks County Sheriff’s Department following an investigation into a traffic stop.

DUI – June 15, 2024

DEFENDANT – Jason Nean, Age 48, Main St East Greenville, PA 18041

Quakertown Police arrested Nean for DUI following an investigation into a traffic stop for his vehicle not having a working brake light.

ID THEFT/FRAUD/FORGERY – June 16, 2024

DEFENDANT – Timmy Priest, Age 39, Chestnut St Summit Hill, PA 18250

Quakertown Police filed charges against Priest for identity theft, fraud, and forgery stemming from an incident at NAPA Auto Parts that occurred in March where a fraudulent check was used to purchase $3,000 worth of parts and merchandise. 

RETAIL THEFT – June 20, 2024

DEFENDANT – Kristopher Bleam, Age 38, Yankee Rd Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police filed retail theft charges against Bleam following investigation into a theft that occurred in March at Giant Food Stores, 1465 W. Broad St.

MINOR TOBACCO POSSESSION – June 20, 2024

DEFENDANT – Female Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited a female juvenile for tobacco possession after she was found in possession of an electronic vape on May 22^nd at Memorial Park, 700 W. Mill St.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – June 21, 2024

DEFENDANT – Danielle Pacheco, Age 23, Waring Place Yonkers, NY 10703

Quakertown Police arrested Pacheco for simple assault after being called out to a domestic dispute on S. Hellertown Ave.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE/PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS/RETAIL THEFT – June 25, 2024

DEFENDANT – George Glatzel, Age 45, W. Broad St Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Glatzel for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and public drunkenness following investigation into a disorderly person at Dunkin Donuts, 224 W. Broad St. Glatzel later returned to Dunkin Donuts and stole merchandise. He was subsequently arrested for retail theft.

WARRANT/POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND PARAPHERNALIA – June 26, 2024

DEFENDANT – Jason Freed, Age 41, 128 Wissahickon Ave North Wales, PA 19454

Quakertown Police arrested Freed on an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department. On search, incident to arrest, Freed was found in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.

DUI/POSSESSION – June 27, 2024

DEFENDANT – Bryan Green, Age 39, Woodridge Ter Easton, PA 18045

Quakertown Police arrested Green for DUI and possession following investigation into a report of a subject asleep behind the wheel on S. West End Blvd. On search, incident to arrest, Green was found in possession of suspected narcotics and paraphernalia.

Quakertown Police filed burglary charges against George for a break-in at Domino’s Pizza, 93 S. West End Blvd, that occurred in March.

Quakertown Police cited Cusati for public drunkenness following investigation into a disorderly person at Wine & Spirits.

SALE OF TOBACCO – June 29, 2024

DEFENDANTS – Quaker Grocery, Euphoria Smoke Shop, Smoker’s Destiny, Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police and the Council of Southeast PA with funding through the PA Department of Health, conducted tobacco compliance checks throughout the borough. Quaker Grocery, Euphoria Smoke Shop, and Smoker’s Destiny were cited for selling tobacco products to an underage person.
