Quakertown Police cited De Boer for disorderly conduct following investigation into an incident at Memorial Park involving a male lurking around juveniles.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – July 6, 2024

Quakertown Police referred one male juvenile to YAP for criminal mischief following investigation into graffiti found on the building at Free Fall Skate Park.

NUISANCE ORDINANCE – July 7, 2024

Quakertown Police cited one male and one female juvenile for nuisance ordinance following investigation into juveniles setting off smoke bombs inside a pavilion at Memorial Park.

USE OF FIREWORKS – July 7, 2024

Quakertown Police cited Ramos for setting off fireworks less than 150ft from an occupiable dwelling.

Quakertown Police cited Dittmar for setting off fireworks within the Borough without having a permit.

ACTIVE ARREST WARRANT – July 8, 2024

DEFENDANT – Robert Keller, Age 51, N. Ambler St Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Keller on an active arrest warrant out of Upper Perkiomen Police Department.

ENDANGERING THE WELFARE OF A CHILD – July 11, 2024

DEFENDANT – Janelle Loveless, Age 33, Willow Park Rd Bethlehem, PA 18020

On July 5, 2024, at 1445hrs, police were called to 245 W. Broad Street for an infant inside an unattended parked vehicle. The vehicle was not running, and the windows were slightly cracked. The outside temperature was approximately 90 degrees. Bystanders removed the infant from the vehicle and called police. The infant was transported to St. Luke’s Bethlehem Campus for treatment and was later released.  The infant’s mother, Loveless, was located nearby.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – July 15, 2024

DEFENDANT – Caleb Watson, Age 21, Front St Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Watson for simple assault for his role in a fight with a male juvenile at Memorial Park on June 27^th.

CURFEW LAW – July 16, 2024

DEFENDANT – Male Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for violating the Borough Curfew Ordinance after he was observed in the park after hours.

POSSESSION OF DRUGS/PARAPHERNALIA – July 11, 2024

DEFENDANT – Ryan Acker, Age 19, S. Hellertown Ave Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Acker for possession of drugs and paraphernalia after investigation into a vehicle parked in the Quakertown Pool parking lot after hours.

Quakertown Police cited one male juvenile for trespassing after he failed to pay before entering the Quakertown Pool.

ACTIVE ARREST WARRANT – July 18, 2024

Quakertown Police arrested Seidle on an active arrest warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/HARASSMENT – July 19, 2024

Quakertown Police cited Humphrey for disorderly conduct and harassment after police were called out to Quakertown Center Nursing Home for a disorderly person.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – July 19, 2024

DEFENDANT – L Grant, Age 63, W. Broad St Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police cited Grant for public drunkenness following investigation into an intoxicated disorderly person on Front St.

SIMPLE ASSAULT/Harassment – July 24, 2024

DEFENDANT – Two Male Juveniles, One Female Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges of simple assault against two male juveniles and referred one female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel for harassment stemming from a fight they were involved in at Memorial Park on July 7^th.

DUI/POSSESSION – July 29, 2024

DEFENDANT – Chelsea Murphy, Age 33, Tierney Ct Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Murphy for DUI and possession following a traffic stop for a vehicle with improper registration attached in the area of Hickory Dr and Tierney Ct.

CONFINEMENT OF DOG – July 30, 2024

DEFENDANT – Brian Davies, Age 44, W. Broad St Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police cited Davies twice for confinement of dog after his dogs were found running loose in the area of 600 W. Mill St on two separate occasions.

HARASSMENT – July 30, 2024

DEFENDANT – Miles Connors, Age 40, Horseblock Rd Centereach, NY 11720

Quakertown Police cited Connors for harassment following investigation into a threat complaint at McDonald’s, 2 N. West End Blvd.
