POSSESSION OF A SMALL AMOUNT MARIJUANA – January 3, 2024

DEFENDANT – Female Juvenile

Quakertown Police arrested a female juvenile for possession of a small amount of marijuana after police were dispatched to meet the dean of students at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue,  for a female juvenile with a marijuana vape in her possession.

Quakertown Police arrested a female juvenile for possession of a small amount of marijuana following the report of the odor of marijuana coming from the female bathroom at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

DUI – January 4, 2024

DEFENDANT – Amber Buck, Age 23, North 7^th Street Allentown, PA 18101

Quakertown Police arrested Buck for DUI following investigation into a traffic accident in the area of 32 North Hellertown Avenue.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – January 6, 2026

DEFENDANT – Travis Iffrig, Age 37, West Broad Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police cited Iffrig for public drunkenness for the report of a male who passed out after staggering and unable to walk straight on the sidewalk.

POSSESSION OF A SMALL AMOUNT – January 8, 2024

DEFENDANT – Aydin Corrado, Age 18, South 10^th Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Corrado for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop for heavy window tint, in the area of 35 South 5^th Street.

DUI – January 9, 2024

DEFENDANT – Eugene Davis, Age 42, Hampshire Drive Sellersville, PA 18960

Quakertown Police arrested Davis for DUI after police were advised by another department of a possibly intoxicated driver in the area.

POSSESSION OF A SMALL AMOUNT – January 12, 2024

DEFENDANT – Male Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel for possession of a marijuana cigarette and a nicotine vape at the Quakertown Community High School 600 Park Avenue.

RETAIL THEFT – January 19, 2024

DEFENDANT – Connor May, Age 21, Sheridan Road Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police filed charges of retail theft against May following investigation into a theft that occurred in October of 2023 at the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

FRAUD – January 20, 2024

DEFENDANT – Ben Abou Labass Fofana, Age 36, Grand Avenue Bronx, NY 10453

Quakertown Police arrested Fofana for fraud after police were dispatched to TD Bank for a subject on scene attempting to use a fake ID to cash a check.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT – January 22, 2024

DEFENDANT – Hasna Goldberg, Age 41, Washington Court Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Goldberg for domestic assault after police were dispatched to Washington Court for the report of a domestic in progress.

WARRANT / POSSESSION – January 22, 2024

DEFENDANT – Laura Russo, Age 45, NFA

Quakertown Police arrested Russo on an outstanding warrant following a check the wellbeing at the Econo Lodge, 1446 West Broad Street. On search, incident to arrest, Russo was found in possession of drug paraphernalia.

DUI – January 23, 2024

DEFENDANT – Lucas Rinehimer, Age 19, Dovecote Drive Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Rinehimer for DUI following investigation into a vehicle that was swerving all over the roadway.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – January 23, 2024

DEFENDANT – Margi Renninger, Age 62, Easton Road Warrington, PA 18976

Quakertown Police cited Renninger for public drunkenness after police were dispatched to a stuck pedestrian call in the area of 113 South Main Street.

ACTIVE ARREST WARRANT – January 25, 2024

DEFENDANT – Carlos Corporan, Age 49, St John Street Allentown, PA 18103

Quakertown Police arrested Corporan on an active bench warrant out of Lehigh County domestic relations after police were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle in the rear of 205 Washington Court.

ASSAULT / STRANGULATION / INSTITUTIONAL VANDALISM – January 29, 2024

DEFENDANT – Isaiah Delvalle, Age 29, West Broad Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Delvalle for assault and strangulation after police were dispatched for the report of a physical domestic in progress. While in custody, Delvalle vandalized the locker and was charged with institutional vandalism.
