Quakertown Police arrested Hartenstine for DUI following investigation into the report of a female driver slurring her speech in a vehicle that stopped in front of the Quakertown Center Nursing Home, 1020 North Main Street.

Quakertown Police cited a female juvenile for retail theft for taking merchandise from the Sunoco A-Plus Mini Mart, 331 West Broad Street.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA – February 14, 2024

DEFENDANT – Max Flegeal, Age 18, Upper Ridge Road Pennsburg, PA 18073

Quakertown Police arrested Flegeal for possession after investigation into a suspicious vehicle with the interior light on parked behind the US Gas, 530 East Broad Street.

LOITERING AND PROWLING – February 15, 2024

DEFENDANT – Male Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges of loitering and prowling against a male juvenile for his role in two disturbances involving two male juveniles opening a door to a residence on Dewsbury Lane.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA AND PARAPHERNALIA – February 9, 2024

DEFENDANT – Two Male Juveniles

Quakertown Police referred one male juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel and another male juvenile to Juvenile Court for their roles in an incident where they were seen making a hand-to-hand exchange of a marijuana vape device in the bathroom of the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE – February 16, 2024

DEFENDANT – Scott Schafer, Age 45, Elephant Road Dublin, PA 18917

Quakertown Police arrested Schafer for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop for multiple vehicle code violations in the area 1000 Doylestown Pike.

HIT AND RUN – February 15, 2024

DEFENDANT – Deborah Nemeth, Age 65, Kocher Lane Bath, PA 18014

Quakertown Police filed charges of accidents involving personal injury, property damage, and failure to stop and render aid against Nemeth after investigation into a hit and run accident where a vehicle struck a bicyclist.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – February 20, 2024

DEFENDANT – Dhruv Patel, Age 26, South 9^th Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police cited Patel for public drunkenness after investigation into someone throwing rocks through the front windows of two businesses on South West End Boulevard.

HARASSMENT – February 21, 2024

DEFENDANT – Jason Plenderleith, Age 43, New Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police cited Plenderleith for harassment after police were informed of a neighbor yelling and threatening the complainant.

Quakertown Police filed charges of possession against Afman stemming from a traffic stop on December 6, 2023 in the area of South West End Boulevard and Park Avenue.

Quakertown Police arrested Blake for DUI following a traffic stop on a vehicle with its registration lights out in the parking lot of the Dunkin Donuts, 1110 South West End Boulevard.

Quakertown Police arrested Eichlin for firearm not to be carried without a license and possession of an offensive weapon following a traffic stop for a broken headlight and expired registration in the area of 1465 West Broad Street.
