Quakertown Police cited Rivera-Arce for nuisance ordinance on two separate occasions after police were dispatched for noise complaints at his address.

Quakertown Police filed charges possession of a small amount of marijuana on a female juvenile after police were requested to the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue for a drug violation.

Quakertown Police arrested Ocasio for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia following investigation into a one vehicle accident at South Main Street and West Broad Street.
RAPE/STATUTORY SEXUAL ASSAULT – November 3, 2023
DEFENDANT – Miguel Sanchez Jr, Age 32, South Main Street Sellersville, PA 18960
Quakertown Police arrested Sanchez for rape, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and multiple other charges following investigation into an incident that occurred in the parking lot of 1465 West Broad Street.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA AND PARAPHERNALIA – November 7, 2023
DEFENDANT – Tayjah Bennett, Age 20, Clover Mill Road Quakertown, PA 18951
Quakertown Police arrested Bennett for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 1235 North Main Street for a vehicle turning left on a red light and suspended registration.

Quakertown Police cited a female juvenile for underage drinking after police were dispatched to the nurse’s office for an intoxicated female at the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT – November 14, 2023
DEFENDANT – Alex Kinyua, Age 29, Hauser Road Macungie, PA 18062
Quakertown Police cited Kinyua for disorderly conduct following investigation into a vehicle speeding and driving erratically through Quakertown West Apartments.
UNDERAGE DRINKING – November 15, 2023

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel for underage drinking after being found in possession of alcohol at the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

Quakertown Police cited Schuck for confinement and housing of dogs, unlicensed dog, and unvaccinated dog after an incident involving her dog running loose and attacking another dog.

Quakertown Police arrested Kaelin on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation.

DEFENDANT – Melissa Rudd, Age 52, East Cherry Road Quakertown, PA 18951
Quakertown Police arrested Rudd for DUI after police were dispatched for the report of a suspicious vehicle at 1208 Juniper Street.
POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER – November 29, 2023
DEFENDANT – John Hurley, Age 47, Beech Hollow Road Ambler, PA 19002
Quakertown Police arrested Hurley for possession with intent to deliver after police were dispatched to a residence on Alan Lane for an unrelated matter. Police conducted a search warrant where several marijuana plants were found.
