Quakertown Police arrested Miller for aggravated assault following a neighbor dispute with another male tenant at the Bush House Hotel.

RETAIL THEFT – December 4, 2023

DEFENDANT – Sydnie Yeager, Age 25, Riverside Drive Bethlehem, PA 18015

Quakertown Police arrested Yeager for retail theft following investigation into a theft from the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

RETAIL THEFT – December 5, 2023

DEFENDANT – Destiny Feathers-Bauers, Age 22, North West End Boulevard Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police cited Feathers-Bauers for retail theft after police were dispatched to Level Vape Shop, 237 West Broad Street, for known shoplifters in the store.

Quakertown Police referred Matlack to the Community Accountability Panel for criminal mischief on November 16, 2023 at the St Luke’s, 1021 Park Avenue. 

SIMPLE ASSAULT/HARASSMENT – December 8, 2023

DEFENDANT – Michael Moore, Age 38, South 10^th Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Moore for simple assault and harassment after police were dispatched for the report of a domestic assault.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – December 8, 2023

DEFENDANT – Travis Iffrig, Age 37, West Broad Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police cited Iffrig for disorderly conduct after police responded to the A-Plus Mini Mart for an intoxicated person.

RESISTING ARREST/EVADING ARREST – December 12, 2023

DEFENDANT – Maksim Biley, Age 37, NFA

Quakertown Police arrested Biley for resisting arrest, evading arrest on foot, disorderly conduct, harassment, and public drunkenness after police were requested over the radio for assistance with an aggressive male.

DUI – December 12, 2023

DEFENDANT – Megan Dudenbostel, Age 26, Bleam Road Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Dudenbostel for DUI following a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling west in the east bound only lane of West Broad Street.
