DEFENDANT – Steven Dotterer, Age 37, West Broad Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Dotterer on an outstanding bench warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office. On search, incident to arrest, he was found in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.

RETAIL THEFT – August 8, 2023

DEFENDANT – David Brand Jr, Age 70, Richlandtown Pike Coopersburg, PA 18036

Quakertown Police cited Brand for retail theft following investigation into a retail theft not in progress at the Battery Warehouse Outlet, 33 South 14^th Street, Quakertown.

THEFT – August 11, 2023

DEFENDANT – Male Juveniles

Quakertown Police referred three male juveniles to the Youth Aid Panel for theft of stuffed animals from the Tons of Fun carnival company, after investigation into the report of kids throwing stuffed animals into the street from the top of the Trolley Barn, 116 East Broad Street, Quakertown.

DEFENDANT – Lawrence Malone, Age 68, Juniper Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police cited Malone for public drunkenness after police were dispatched to a well being check for a subject lying next to a car near the dumpster at 55 South Second Street, Quakertown.

POSSESSION – August 12, 2023

DEFENDANT – Aydin Corrado, Age 18, South 10^th Street, Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Corrado for possession of marijuana after investigation into a suspicious vehicle in the area of Franklin Street and East Broad Street, Quakertown.

FORGERY- August 14, 2023

DEFENDANT – Rafael Capellan-Diaz, Age 25, West Chew Street Allentown, PA 18102

Quakertown Police arrested Capellan-Diaz for forgery after police were dispatched to the QNB Bank, 240 South West End Boulevard, for a fraud attempt.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – August 15, 2023

DEFENDANT – Steven Payne, Age 40, West Broad Street Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Payne for possession of paraphernalia following a search of his possessions incident to arrest for an outstanding arrest warrant.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA – August 17, 2023

DEFENDANT – Fred Loerwald, Age 66, West 8^th Street Lansdale, PA 19446

Quakertown Police arrested Loerwald for possession of marijuana following investigation into a traffic accident at 19 North Hellertown Avenue Quakertown.

ACTIVE ARREST WARRANT – August 17, 2023

DEFENDANT – Mihn Nguyen, Age 65, West Broad Street Hatfield, PA 19440

Quakertown Police arrested Nguyen on an outstanding arrest warrant out of Northampton County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop for a vehicle driving north on South West End Boulevard without lights.

FORGERY – August 18, 2023

DEFENDANT – Alexi Moser, Age 19, Chew Street Allentown, PA 18102

Quakertown Police filed charges of forgery against Moser following investigation into an incident at the Quakertown National Bank, 240 South West End Boulevard on August 10^th.

FLEEING AND ELUDING/RESISTING ARREST/POSSESSION – August 11, 2023

DEFENDANT – Colleen Brown, Age 43, NFA

DEFENDANT – Carlos Martinez JR, Age 42, NFA 

Quakertown Police attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle for malfunctioning headlights. In the process the vehicle tried to evade police and collided with a construction vehicle. Brown was arrested for fleeing and eluding, resisting arrest, and possession of drugs and paraphernalia. The passenger, Martinez was arrested for possession of drugs and paraphernalia.

Quakertown Police arrested Perez Lopez for outstanding warrants out of Bucks and Montgomery Counties. On search, incident to arrest, drug paraphernalia was found.

Quakertown Police arrested Biddle for possession of narcotics after she was found walking erratically down the middle of West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police cited Shapley for public drunkenness after police were dispatched for a disorderly person at the Wine and Spirits, 1465 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police filed charges of fleeing and eluding against Zachary-Pitts after failed attempts to make a traffic stop on a motorcycle with a stolen license plate in the area of 670 South Main Street, Quakertown.
