Quakertown Police cited Barnes for nuisance ordinance after investigation into a vehicle parked near Roan Tree Drive and Naylor Court which was leaking fuel from the bed.

Quakertown Police arrested Derr for simple assault after police were dispatched for the report of  physical abuse that occurred the night before.

Quakertown Police cited Cross for public drunkenness after police were dispatched to the report of a stolen vehicle in the area of the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police arrested a female juvenile for being in possession of two electronic vapes at the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel after she was caught with a vape device in the bathroom at the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

Quakertown Police cited Alysari for obstruction of highway after police were dispatched to well being checks for a male in the roadway.

Quakertown Police cited Plenderleith for public drunkenness after police were dispatched to the area of Franklin Street and East Broad Street for a man staggering along East Broad Street.

HARASSMENT – April 12, 2023

Quakertown Police cited Conte for harassment after investigation into the report of an assault at the Quakertown Center Nursing Home, 164 Park Avenue.

RETAIL THEFT – April 14, 2023

Quakertown Police co-signed a criminal complaint for retail theft against Smith after investigation into a retail theft not in progress at the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police arrested Hawkins for domestic assault after police were dispatched to the report of a domestic in progress.

Quakertown Police arrested Greener for retail theft after investigation into a retail theft that occurred on April 6, 2023 at the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police arrested Frederick on an outstanding warrant out of Northampton County.

ROBBERY – April 17, 2023

DEFENDANT – Kyle Carr, Age 32, Cherry Street Richlandtown, PA 18955

Quakertown Police filed charges of robbery against Carr after investigation into an armed robbery at the Quakertown Smoke Shop, 585 South West End Boulevard. An arrest warrant has been issued.

Quakertown Police arrested Weil on an active probation warrant at the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street. Weil admitted that there were stolen items in her purse from Giant.

Quakertown Police arrested Schmaldinst for retail theft following investigation into a retail theft not in progress at the Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police arrested Trippeda for access device fraud, ID theft, theft by unlawful taking, and receiving stolen property following investigation into a fraud complaint involving a stolen credit card.

Quakertown Police arrested Okeefe on an active arrest warrant out of Montgomery County Sheriff’s after police were dispatched for a welfare check on West Broad Street. On search, incident to arrest, paraphernalia was found.
