FORGERY  – June 22, 2022

DEFENDANT: James Folks, Age 34, East 102nd Street, Brooklyn, New York

Quakertown Police filed charges of Forgery and Identity Theft against Folks for attempting to open an account at TD Bank, 49 Northwest End Boulevard, with stolen information.  An arrest warrant has been issued for James Folks. RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT – June 25, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Kristian Seidelmann, Age 27, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Recklessly Endangering Another Person against Seidelmann for discharging a firearm into the apartment below him while occupied, on 14 June 2022.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT  – June 17, 2022 @ 1:52PM  

DEFENDANT: Joshua Hobson, Age 36, South 14th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched for a domestic between male and female at 44 South 14^th Street.  On scene, and after further investigation, Hobson was arrested. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.

THEFT / RSP – June 1, 2022  

DEFENDANT: Michael Loehnert, Age 38, West Market Street, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Loehnert for unlawfully taking someone’s backpack at Sunoco, 331 West Broad Street, on 28 April 2022.
