Quakertown Police arrested Norbeck in the area of the 600 Block of South West End Boulevard on a warrant out of Delaware County Sheriff’s Department.

RETAIL THEFT – July 26, 2022 @ 3:35PM

DEFENDANT: Jacquelyn Gidlewski, Age 61, Church Street, Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property against Gidlewski stemming from incidents that occurred at Sunoco Mini Mart, 336 West Broad Street, on 25 and 26 July 2022.

Quakertown Police cited Carlson for Retail Theft at Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

DUI  – July 25, 2022

DEFENDANT: Terry Bevins, Age 42, Hilltop Cr., Telford, PA

Quakertown Police and Central Bucks Regional Police have filed DUI charges against Bevins stemming from The Central Bucks Motor Carrier Safety Enforcement Team detail that took place on 13 July 2022 at 777 E. Broad St. in Quakertown.

TRESPASSING – July 21, 2022 @ 8:05AM

DEFENDANT:  Stephen Carlson, Age 52, Schaffer Street, Bethlehem, PA

Quakertown Police cited Carlson for Trespassing at the Sonoco Gas Station, 331 West Broad Street.

IGNITION INTERLOCK – July 21, 2022 @ 10:55PM

DEFENDANT:  Edwin Nunez, Age 35, Newbury Ct., Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Nunez in the area of South Bethlehem Pike and Twin Lakes Drive for a faulty driver’s side headlight. He was subsequently arrested for illegally operating a motor vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock.

POSSESSION – July 22, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Justin Bassinger, Age 38, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Bassinger stemming from an investigation into an incident that occurred at Quakertown Borough Hall, 35 North 3^rd Street, on 2 June 2022.

POSSESSION – July 22, 2022 @ 4:47PM

DEFENDANT:  Christopher Folkman, Age 35, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Folkman in the area of 222 South 11^th Street on a Felony Warrant out of Richland Township Police Department. Search Incident to Arrest revealed Methamphetamine on his person. He was arraigned by Magistrate Douple and bail was set at $2500.00. Folkman was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS  – July 15, 2022 @ 1:00PM

DEFENDANT: James Anthony, Age 32, Dove Cote Drive, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Anthony for Public Drunkenness at Joann Fabrics located at 1465 West Broad Street.

WARRANT – July 15, 2022 @ 4:29PM

DEFENDANT:  Dwain Englert Jr., Age 33, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Englert in the area of 200 Apple Street on a warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear.  He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office.

WARRANT – July 16, 2022 @ 5:45PM

DEFENDANT:  Alan Birk, Age 57, Route 309, Center Valley, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Birk near the rear of the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on a warrant out of Salisbury Township Police Department. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Salisbury Police Department.

WARRANT / POSSESSION – July 14, 2022 @ 5:49PM

DEFENDANT:  Richard Colon, Age 30, Winchester Drive, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Colon at 95 Winchester Drive on multiple warrants out of the Bucks County Sheriff's Department, Cherokee County Sheriff's Office Canton, Georgia, and the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office, Conyers, Georgia.  Search incident to arrest revealed Possession of Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella and bail was set at $250,000. Colon was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
