DISORDERLY CONDUCT/WARRANT – February 23, 2022 @ 10:58PM

DEFENDANT:  Vincent McGovern, Age 40, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited McGovern for his inappropriate behavior exhibited in the area of Juniper and South 10^th Streets. He was also arrested on a Warrant out of Bucks County. He was temporarily held at the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

WARRANT – February 27, 2022 @ 1:31AM

DEFENDANT:  Christian Rodriguez, Age 20, School House Ln., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Rodriguez in the area of East Broad Street and South Hellertown Street on an active warrant out of Montgomery County for Failure To Appear. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

STRANGULATION – February 24, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Jason Pacheco, Age 40, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Strangulation, Simple Assault, and Harassment against Pacheco stemming from an incident that occurred at 5 South Main Street on 16 February 2022. WARRANT – February 20, 2022 @ 4:46PM

DEFENDANT:  Kevin Marsh, Age 35, Lincoln Road, Birdsboro, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Marsh in the area of 503 West Broad Street on a warrant out of Berks County.  He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

FORGERY – February 23, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Robert Baldwin, Age 36, South Perkasie Road, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Forgery, Identity Theft, Theft By Deception, and Tampering Records against Baldwin stemming from an Identity Theft Incident that occurred at TD Bank, 49 North West End Boulevard, on 30 December 2021. SIMPLE ASSAULT – February 23, 2022 @ 9:20AM

Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile after further investigation into a  dispatched possible domestic in progress call on Alan Lane.

FALSE ID/UNDERAGE POSSESSION – February 19, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Erich Fennelly, Age 20, Braithwaite Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Fennelly for attempting to purchase alcohol with a fraudulent ID card at Wine and Spirits, 1465 West Broad Street, on 9 February, 2022.  He has been referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel.

POSSESSION – February 16 & 17, 2022

Quakertown Police referred two male juveniles to the Youth Aid Panel for Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana at the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

POSSESSION/RETAIL THEFT – February 17, 2022 @ 3:20PM

DEFENDANT:  Aaron Hamlin, Age 46, East Saw Mill Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Rite Aid, 1465 West Broad Street, for the report of a male that had just exited the store with merchandise that he did not pay for. On scene, and after further investigation, Hamlin was located in the traffic way that leads to the parking lot of Walmart. He was taken into custody and search incident to arrest revealed suspected Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – February 12, 2022 @ 8:02PM

DEFENDANT:  Eugene Bleam, Age 65, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Bleam for Public Drunkenness in the area of SR 313 and South 14^th Street.

HARASSMENT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT – February 11, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Erykah Hall, Age 23, Alan Lane, Quakertown, PA

WARRANT – February 10, 2022 @ 12:58AM

DEFENDANT:  Alisia Stewart, Age 41, White House Station, NJ

Quakertown Police arrested Stewart in the area of Morris Road and South West End Boulevard on an active warrant out of Bucks County for Possession of Marijuana. She was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until picked up by the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office.

Quakertown Police cited Hall for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct stemming from an incident that occurred on 9 February 2022 in the area of Borough Hall.

DEFENDANT:  Paul Weeks, Age 54, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Weeks for violating the Borough Ordinance of Open Container of Alcohol in the area of 12 Front Street.

RETAIL THEFT – February 2, 2022 @ 6:19PM

DEFENDANT:  Cynthia Swisher, Age 44, N. Old Bethlehem Pike, Quakertown, PA

 Quakertown Police arrested Swisher for Retail Theft at Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street. She was arraigned by Magistrate Snow and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.
