IDENTITY THEFT – August 29, 2022 @ 3:39PM

DEFENDANT:  Patrick Monforte, Age 39, Westminster Rd., Endicott, NY

Quakertown Police arrested Monforte at TD Bank, 49 North West End Boulevard, for using and possessing a fraudulent Connecticut driver’s license with another person’s information without his permission, to attempt to access the victim’s bank account. He was arraigned by Magistrate Armitage and bail was set at $25,000. Monforte was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

POSSESSION OF DRUGS – August 29, 2022 @ 10:32PM

DEFENDANT:  John Mora, Age 36, Sassafras Road, Albrightsville, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia against Mora stemming from an incident that occurred at St. Luke’s Quakertown Hospital, 1021 Park Avenue.

WARRANT – August 25, 2022 @ 10:35PM

DEFENDANT:  Kevin Kazmiroski, Age 34, Hill Road, Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Kazmiroski at the Local, 201 East Broad Street, on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear out of Bucks County. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Office.

DUI – August 26, 2022 @ 10:09PM

DEFENDANT:  Michael Lockhoff, Age 62, 9^th Street, Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Lockhoff at the Quakertown Pool parking lot, 601 West Mill Street, for Driving Under the Influence.

THEFT/RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY – August 18, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges against a male juvenile for unlawfully taking a wallet at the Free Fall Skate Park, 900 South Main Street on 17 August 2022.

BURGLARY/CONSPIRACY – August 8, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Collin Lee, Age 18, NW End Boulevard, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Lee for assisting in burglarizing McDonalds, 2 North West End Boulevard, twice. Once on July 27, 2022 and again on August 1, 2022.  He was arraigned by Magistrate Wertman and bail was set at $50,000 unsecured.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – August 9, 2022 @ 3:28AM

DEFENDANT:  Kelsey Howell, Age 29, Rugby Street, Phila., PA

Quakertown Police cited Howell for Public Drunkenness in the area of Speedway, 140 South West End Boulevard.

DEFENDANT:  Robert Eberle, Age 44, Alan Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Eberle for Public Drunkenness in the area of 1409 West Broad Street.

BURGLARY/CONSPIRACY – August 1, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Landen Keller, Age 18, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Keller for burglarizing McDonalds, 2 North West End Boulevard, twice. Once on July 27, 2022 and again on August 1, 2022.  He was arraigned by Magistrate Finello and bail was set at $50,000. Keller was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

HIT AND RUN – August 6, 2022

DEFENDANT: Mohammad Rahman, Age 47, West 8^th Street, Lansdale, PA

Quakertown Police filed Hit and Run charges against Rahman for leaving the scene of an accident that occurred on 5 August 2022 in the area of North 3^rd Street and West Broad Street.
