Quakertown Police cited Parker for disorderly conduct after an officer observed him to be urinating on a building at 109 W Broad St.

POSSESSION – October 1, 2022 @ 0220 HRS
DEFENDANT – Ryan Puleo, Age 45, W Broad St, Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Puleo after investigation into a vehicle stopped at the light at Park and 309 through two cycles of lights. Puleo was found asleep with his foot on the break. Clonazepam was found on his driver’s seat after he was requested to exit.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – October 3, 2022 @ 0059 HRS
DEFENDANT – Steven Dotterer, Age 37, Diamond St, Sellersville, PA 18960

Quakertown Police were dispatched to a domestic in progress, male vs female at the Bush House Hotel, 200 W Broad St. On scene and after investigation, Dotterer was arrested for simple assault.

OUTSTANDING WARRANT – October 5, 2022 @ 1415 HRS
DEFENDANT – Christine Phillips, Age 52, Pine Creek Dr, Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Phillips for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. She was then
transferred to the Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police arrested Hoag on an outstanding warrant. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING – October 12, 2022
DEFENDANT – Landen Keller, Age 18, W Broad St, Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police filed charges of recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment against Keller following a disturbance where a male was shot in the face by a flare gun, on 07 October 2022 in the parking lot of the Ribbon Factory Apartments, 1409 W Broad St.

HARASSMENT – October 13, 2022
DEFENDANT – Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges of harassment on a male juvenile after investigation into a racial image that was air-dropped to a female juvenile on 23 September 2022 while riding the school bus.

POSSESSION/WARRANT – October 14, 2022 @ 1458 HRS
DEFENDANT – George Topuria, Age 40, N West End Blvd, Quakertown, PA 18951

Quakertown Police arrested Topuria following a traffic stop for no inspection stickers during an Occupant Safety Detail. Topuria was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County Sheriff’s for failure to appear on a DUI case. On search, incident to arrest, suspected marijuana was found.

Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile for possession following investigation into the activated fire alarm in the bathroom of the library at the Quakertown High School, 600 Park Ave.

On 17 October 2022, Quakertown Police completed tobacco compliance checks of all retail
establishments within the borough that possess a tobacco sales license. ACT 112 prohibits the sale of tobacco products to individuals under the age of 21. Quakertown Smoke Shop, Cigar Cigars, and
Quakertown Mini Market were in violation of ACT 112 and summary citations were filed against the
retailer and their employee.

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel for possession of a black electric vape device that was found on his person.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to a disturbance at 8 Front St, Quakertown, PA. On scene, Bedwell was taken into custody on outstanding warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
