SIMPLE ASSAULT – April 29 2022

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police arrested a female juvenile for her involvement in a physical altercation that occurred on the school bus at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 21 April 2022.

DUI – April 30, 2022 @ 2:48AM

DEFENDANT:  Kenneth Maginnis, Age 24, Hampton Circle, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police observed a suspicious vehicle with the driver slumped over at the wheel on Tierney Court at Hickory Drive.  The vehicle was in the middle of the roadway stopped at the stop sign. The vehicle was stationary but set in drive with the driver’s foot on the break.  After further investigation, Maginnis was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – April 30, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Tony Guise, Age 43, Rosemont Drive, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Guise for his inappropriate behavior dispayed in the area of 216 South 10^th Street on 27 April 2022.

WARRANT – April 21, 2022 @ 11:04AM

DEFENDANT:  Chad Lehman, Age 33, Hex Highway, Hamburg, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Lehman in the area of 195 North West End Boulevard for a suspended registration. He was subsequently arrested on an active warrant out of Emmaus Police Department for Terroristic Threats.He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Emmaus Police.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE – April 22, 2022 @ 8:00AM

DEFENDANT:  Malik Jackson, Age 22, Landwood Cir., Baton Rouge, LA

Quakertown Police assisted the US Marshall Service on the arrest of Jackson in the area of 112 Front Street. Malik Jackson was a wanted fugitive who had a felony arrest warrant out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  He was arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella and bail was set at $100,000. Jackson was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DUI/DRUGS – April 24, 2022 @ 1:56AM

DEFENDANT:  Corey Blank, Age 42, Franklin Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Blank in the area of West Broad Street and South 2^nd Street for a suspended drivers license. He was subsequently arrested for Driving under the Influence. Search incident to arrest revealed suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

WARRANT/RESISTING/DRUGS – April 21, 2022 @ 5:07PM

DEFENDANT:  Camryn Bleam, Age 22, Evelyn Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were called for the report of an overdose of two females slumped over the wheel in the parking lot of the Grocery Outlet, 70 North West End Boulevard. On scene, and after further investigation, Bleam was identified as the passenger and was found to have a warrant for her arrest out of Bucks County. She resisted arrest and was found to be in possession of suspected Heroin and drug paraphernalia. She was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department and transported to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT – April 25, 2022 @ 6:38PM

DEFENDANT: Christine Phillips, Age 51, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Phillips in the area of 151 South 4^th Street on a warrant out of Richland Township Police Department. She was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until picked up by Richland.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – April 27, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Ryan Farrington, Age 32, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Farrington for his inappropriate behavior displayed on 4 April 2022 in the area of 141 South Main Street.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT – April 28, 2022 @ 12:38AM

DEFENDANT:  Bryan Leichter, Age 31, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Park Avenue @ Mill Road for traveling without headlights activated and an inoperable passenger side tail light. On the stop, police intervened when the passenger (Leichter) lunged at the driver resulting in Leichter resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer.  He was taken into custody and arraigned by Magistrate Gaier. Bail was set at $50,000. 

WARRANT – April 11, 2022 @ 10:42AM

DEFENDANT:  Richard Chenette, Age 37, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Chenette in the area of The Park @ 4^th on two warrants.  One was a Parole Violation from Bucks County and the other was for drugs from Richland Township PD. 

RETAIL THEFT – April 5, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Nicole Kirkendall, Age 29, Finch Way, Newark, DE

Quakertown Police issued an Arrest Warrant for Kirkendall for Retail Theft, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia stemming from a traffic stop that occurred on 22 March 2022 in the area of 750 South West End Boulevard involving four persons in the vehicle.

WEAPON ON SCHOOL PROPERTY – April 8, 2022

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel for a Weapon Violation that occurred at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 7 April 2022.

FAKE ID – April 4, 2022 @ 8:43PM

DEFENDANT:  Adam Wunsch, Age 19, Sassafras Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police referred Wunsch to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel Program for attempting to purchase alcohol with a fake PA ID at Wine and Spirits, 1465 West Broad Street.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – April 1, 2022 @ 5:37PM

DEFENDANT:  Kevin Umanzor-Ramirez, Age 19, Pennington Ln, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Simple Assault and Harassment against Umanzor-Ramirez stemming from a Domestic in Progress dispatch that took place at 52 Pennington Lane.
