SIMPLE ASSAULT –  September 27, 2021 @ 8:04AM

DEFENDANT: Joshua Moyer, Age 23, Hamilton Road, E. Greenville, PA

 Quakertown Police responded to the 600 Block of West Broad Street for the report of a domestic in progress.  On scene, and after further investigation, charges of Simple Assault and Harassment were filed against Moyer. An arrest warrant has been issued for Joshua Moyer. If anyone has any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact the Quakertown Police Department @ 215-536-5002.

THEFT / RSP – September 21, 2021

DEFENDANT: Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed a written allegation against a male juvenile for theft and receiving stolen property stemming from investigation into a theft report at Rite Aid, 345 W Broad St.

DUI / WEAPONS – September 20, 2021

DEFENDANT: Nicholas Wagner, Age 27, Old Mill Rd Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police responded for a welfare check on a male passed out behind the wheel near 201 S Hellertown Ave on September 6, 2021. Charges were later filed against Wagner for driving under the influence, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of offensive weapons following a search of his vehicle.

CURFEW LAW – September 19, 2021 @ 12:30 AM

DEFENDANT: Juveniles

Quakertown Police cited two male juveniles and warned another three male juveniles for curfew violations.

HARASSMENT BY COMMUNICATION – September 18, 2021

DEFENDANT: David Wehr, Age 42, Woodburn Rd Levittown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Wehr for harassment by communication for calling the police department and being belligerent with staff, using inappropriate language and racial slurs when referencing the police officers, and calling for no legitimate reason on September 16-17.

DUI / POSSESSION – September 16, 2021 @ 9:07 AM

DEFENDANT: Eileen Mulhern, Age 43, Jefferson Ct, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Mulhern for expired registration. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

WARRANT / POSSESSION –  September 7, 2021 @ 10:22AM

DEFENDANT: Justin Laubach, Age 25, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Laubach in the area of 1465 West Broad Street on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear.  On search incident to arrest, Drug Paraphernalia was found. Laubach was transported to Bucks County Prison.
