POSSESSION FAKE ID/UNDERAGE POSSESSION – November 24, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Alexander Grove, Age 19, Hampshire Drive, Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the Wine and Spirits Store, 1465 West Broad Street, for the report of a male subject who attempted to give a fake ID. On scene and after further investigation, Grove was cited for Carrying a False Identification Card and Attempting to Purchase Alcohol while Underage. He was  referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel Program.

DUI – November 25, 2021 @ 5:20PM

DEFENDANT:  Kathy Sosna, Age 62, School Road, Kintnersville, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to a single car traffic accident at East Broad Street and Elm Street. On scene, and after further investigation, Sosna was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.

POSSESSION – November 28, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Juline Jones, Age 33, South Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Jones stemming from an incident that occurred at 22 South Hellertown Avenue on 28 September 2021.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS/HARASSMENT – November 28, 2021 @ 8:25PM

DEFENDANT:  Denise Schueller, Age 53, E. Street Road, Southampton, PA

Quakertown Police responded to the 100 Block of South Hellertown Avenue for the report of a female that had broken into the complainant’s residence and assaulted her. On scene, and after further investigation, Schueller was arrested. She was arraigned by Magistrate Snow and bail was set at $25,000. Schueller was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

SCATTERING RUBBISH - November 30, 2021

DEFENDANT: Todd Burkhardt, Age 55, South 14^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Burkhardt for throwing and breaking bottles onto the property of Battery Warehouse Outlet, 33 South 14^th Street, several times during the last few months.

ATTEMPTED AGG ASSAULT ON LEO – November 18, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Melvin Woodson, Age 50, NFA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 11 Dewsbury Lane for the report of a suspicious vehicle. Vehicle was located, driven by Woodson, who proceeded to flee police after hitting a police vehicle. Other jurisdictions joined in for the pursuit and finally the pursuit was called off due to Woodson (driver) recklessly driving vehicle and endangering others. Criminal charges of Aggravated Assault, Fleeing Police, Recklessly Endangering another Person, Reckless Driving, and numerous traffic violations had been filed and a Warrant was issued.  Woodson was arrested later the same day by PSP Belfast on their own charges. He remains in Northampton County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

SIMPLE ASSAULT/DOMESTIC VIOLENCE – November 17, 2021 @ 9:03PM

DEFENDANT:  Jody Bickerstaff, Age 53, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the 600 Block of East Broad Street for the report of a physical domestic dispute. On scene, and after further investigation, Bickerstaff was placed under arrest for Simple Assault and Harassment (domestic violence related). She was arraigned by Magistrate Petrucci and bail was set at $20,000.  Bickerstaff was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION ALCOHOL – November 19, 2021

Quakertown Police referred two female juveniles to the Youth Aid Program for underage drinking at the “Homecoming Dance” at the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 13 November 2021.HARASSMENT – November 17, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for his involvement in a physical altercation that occurred at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 11 November 2021.

WARRANT/DRUG POSSESSION/WEAPON – November 9, 2021 @ 11:07AM

DEFENDANT:  Justina Maguire, Age 39, Old Main Street, Asbury, NJ

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Maguire in the area of the 500 Block of Richlandtown Pike for a malfunctioning right turn signal, invalid operator license, and multiple warrants out of police departments within and out of Northampton County. Search incident to arrest revealed drug paraphernalia and an electronic incapacitation device.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – November 11, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Justin Mason, Age 35, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Simple Assault and Harassment against Mason stemming from further investigation into a fight that occurred in the parking lot at McCoole’s, 4 South Main Street, on 7 November 2021.

POSSESSION – November 11, 2021 @ 7:34PM

DEFENDANT:  Michael King, Age 41, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against King stemming from an incident that occurred at New Vitae, 136 East Broad Street.
