SIMPLE ASSAULT/WARRANTS – May 30, 2021 @ 7:18PM

DEFENDANTS:  Michael Joseph, Age 24, South 3^rd Street, Quakertown, PA

                            Madison Adamczyk, Age 24, South 3^rd Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police responded to 35 South 3^rd Street for the report of a domestic in progress.  On scene, and after further investigation, Joseph was arrested for Simple Assault and a County Bench Warrant out of Montgomery County.  Adamczyk was arrested on a County Bench Warrant out of Bucks County. Both were remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DUI –  May 28, 2021 @ 10:08PM

DEFENDANT:  Gale King, Age 63, Kellers Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a reckless driver driving over a median causing other vehicles to move away from being struck in the area of Route 309 and Route 663. After further investigation, King was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

POSSESSION/RSP –  May 25, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Wendy Barnes, Age 43, South Main St., Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Receiving Stolen Property against Barnes stemming from further investigation into an incident that occurred on 27 April 2021 at the Econo Lodge, 1446 West Broad Street.

WARRANT – May 25, 2021 @ 9:15PM

DEFENDANT:  Dwain Englert Jr., Age 31, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Englert in the area of 316 West Broad Street on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear. He was temporarily held at Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

DRUG SALES / CONSPIRACY –  May 19, 2021

DEFENDANTS: Amy Koontz, Age 40, West Broad Street, Quakertown. PA

                          Avery Colon, Age 19, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Delivery of Controlled Substance, Criminal Conspiracy, Criminal Use of A Communication Facility, Possession of A Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Koontz and Colon stemming from a further investigation into a traffic stop that occurred on 4 March 2021. Koontz turned herself in at Quakertown Police Department on 18 May 2021 and was arraigned by Magistrate Vislosky. Bail was set at $150,000 and she was remanded to Bucks County Prison.  An arrest warrant has been issued for Avery Colon. DUI/POSSESSION –  May 17, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Joshua Gough, Age 23, Tierney Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police charged Gough with DUI, Possession of Suspected Heroin, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia stemming from an accident that occurred on 11 May 2021 at 206 South West End Boulevard.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT –  May 11, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Scott Jones, Age 47, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Jones for Disorderly Conduct due to his inappropriate behavior displayed at the Trolley Barn Market, 116 East Broad Street, on 5 May 2021.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – May 8, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Leigh Gidlewski, Age 27, Mansfield Circle, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Gidlewski for Public Drunkenness stemming from an incident that occurred in the area of 41 South West End Boulevard on 6 May 2021.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – May 8, 2021 @ 7:38PM

DEFENDANT:  Margi Renninger, Age 60, Richlandtown Pk., Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Renninger for Public Drunkenness in the area of the Bush House, 200 West Broad Street.

WARRANT/POSSESSION – May 6, 2021 @ 10:05AM

DEFENDANT:  Jody Gilbert, Age 54, Bergey Road, Telford, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Gilbert in the area of 224 West Broad Street on (2) active Bench Warrants out of Bucks County and Montgomery County. Suspected Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia were found in his possession.

RETAIL THEFT/ POSSESSION –  May 2,2021 @ 5:35PM

DEFENDANT:  Paul Wright, Age 36, Old Bethlehem Pk., Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Wright for unlawfully taking an electric trimmer from Rite Aid, 1465 West Broad Street.  On search incident to arrest, drug paraphernalia was found.

FLEEING AND ELUDING / DUI – May 1, 2021 @ 4:58AM

DEFENDANT:  Christian Munoz, Age 21, Tamlynn Lane, Easton, PA

Quakertown Police attempted to effect a traffic stop on Munoz in the area of 110 South West End Boulevard due to the noise and sparks coming from his vehicle. Munoz fled police cruisers and was finally pulled over north of the intersection of  Route 309 and Passer Road. He was subsequently arrested for Fleeing and Eluding Police and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gallagher and bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.

HARASSMENT – May 1, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Tywuan Hendricks, Age 38, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Hendricks for Harassment on two separate occasions for his inappropriate behavior. He physically struck a male at 26 Front Street on 19 April 2021 and again physically struck another male at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on 1 May 2021.
