FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE – March 31, 2021 @ 4:19PM

DEFENDANT:  Robert Harris, Age 51, Richlandtown Pike, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Harris in the area of Route 212 and Heller Road for expired registration. He was subsequently arrested for multiple warrants out of Texas with full extradition. Quakertown Police filed charges of one count of Arrest prior to Requisition (Fugitive) and Harris was arraigned by Magistrate Finello. Bail was set at $50,000 and he was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT/POSSESSION – March 26, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Kimberly Landes, Age 39, Dakotah Street, Bethlehem, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Landes in the area of 1465 West Broad Street on several active warrants out of Northampton County for Parole/Probation violations. Suspected Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia were found in her possession. She was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $10,000. Landes was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT/TERRORISTIC THREATS – March 25, 2021

DEFENDANT: Edward Capaldo, Age 41, Essex Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 5 Essex Court for the report of an armed subject that had assaulted a female. On scene and after further investigation, Capaldo was taken into custody and charged accordingly.  He was arraigned by Magistrate Vislosky and bail was set at $200,000. Capaldo was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – March 25, 2021

DEFENDANT:  John Schatz, Age 57, West Broad St., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Schatz for Public Drunkenness in the area of West Broad Street and North 2^nd Street.
