WARRANT – June 30, 2021 @ 12:05PM

DEFENDANT: Alexis Boukalis, Age 30, South 2^nd Street, Coplay, PA

Boukalis turned herself in at Quakertown Police Department, 35 North 3^rd Street, on two warrants out of both Bucks County and Montgomery County. She was temporarily housed in Quakertown PD until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

DEFENDANT:  David Yenen, Age 31, Pennwood Dr., Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Yenen for Public Drunkenness in the area of 1446 West Broad Street.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – June 28, 2021 @ 7:01PM

DEFENDANTS: Isabella Delacruz, Age 19, Spring Meadow Dr., Quakertown, PA

                          Noelle Nowacki, Age 18, Juniper St Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a fight in progress in front of Neidig Elementary School, 201 North Penrose Street, by Forest Avenue. On scene, and after further investigation, Delacruz and Nowacki were cited for their misconduct.

WARRANT – June 27, 2021 @ 2:09PM

DEFENDANT:  Ryan Foulks, Age 34, South Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Foulks in the area of 117 South West End Boulevard on a Warrant out of Lehigh County Sheriff’s Office and another Warrant out of Lehigh County Probation Violation. He was transported to Lehigh County Prison.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – June 26, 2021 @ 2:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Nicholas Adamczyk, Age 21, South 3^rd Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Adamczyk for Public Drunkenness in the area of 101 Front Street.

POSSESSION – June 26, 2021 @ 6:30 AM

DEFENDANT:  Zachery Storat, Age 29, Paletown Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were on routine patrol when flagged down by a passing motorist that there was a male who looked like he needed help in the area of E. Mill St. The passing motorist stated that the male appeared intoxicated. On scene at 109 East Mill Street, and after further investigation, Storat was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Drunkenness.

HARASSMENT – June 26, 2021

DEFENDANT: Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Program for his involvement in harrassing a male juvenile at Cedar Grove Park, 96 Fairway Court, on 2 June 2021.

RETAIL THEFT – June 26, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel stemming

from a Retail Theft that occurred on 11 June 2021 @ Randy Sports Cards, 585 South West End Boulevard.

POSSESSION – June 24, 2021 @ 10:40PM

DEFENDANT:  Ashley Kulick, Age 18, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of West Mill Street and North 9^th Street for an inoperable center brake light. After further investigation, Kulick (a passenger) was arrested for Possession of Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

DUI – June 24, 2021 @ 5:32PM

DEFENDANT:  Ashley Cooper, Age 34, Patriots Way, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to North Ambler Street @ East Broad Street for the report of a two vehicle accident. On scene, and after further investigation, Cooper was arrested for Driving under the Influence of Alcohol.

DUI/POSSESSION – June 17, 2021 @ 10:43PM

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a male juvenile in the area of Morris Road and Route 309 for no working license plate lights.  He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia.

Quakertown Police cited Olimpo for Public Drunkenness in the area of 8 Congress Ct.

DEFENDANT: Tiffany Szabo, Age 37, 3^rd Avenue, Toms River, NJ

Quakertown Police arrested Szabo on an active Bench Warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office. She was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Office.

CONFINEMENT OF DOGS – June 13, 2021 @ 8:16PM

DEFENDANT: Juline Jones, Age 32, S. Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Jones for allowing her dog to run loose a few blocks away from residence and attacking another dog.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – June 11, 2021

Quakertown Police referred (2) male juveniles to the Youth Aid Panel stemming from an incident that occurred on 8 June 2021 whereby police were dispatched to Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street, for the report of juveniles climbing up the water tower and jumping over to the building next to it.

DEFIANT TRESPASSER – June 11, 2021 @ 12:13PM

Quakertown Police responded to the Grundy House Apartments, 1611 Park Avenue, for the report of a vagrant complaint.  On scene, and after further investigation, Legg was cited for Defiant Trespasser.

DEFENDANT:  Reece Dawson, Age 26, Walnut Street, Pottstown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Dawson in the area of 2 North West End Boulevard for speeding and erratic driving. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
