DEFENDANT: Tahji Hooks, Age 20, East Park Street, E. Orange, NJ

Hooks was found asleep at the wheel sitting at a green light at the intersection of Route 309 and Route 663. After further investigation, he was arrested for DUI and Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

DRUG POSSESSION / PARAPHERNALIA – July 30, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Harry Laughlin, Age 24, Valley Lane, Souderton, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Laughlin at a pavillion in Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street, for Possession of Suspected Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia.

ILLEGALLY OPERATING MV W/O IGNITION INTERLOCK – July 30, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Matthew Frias, Age 39, Nace Road, Pennsburg, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Frias in the area of 80 South West End Boulevard for expired registration  He was subsequently arrested for Ignition Interlock Violation.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – July 27, 2021

DEFENDANT: Robert Uetz, Age 35, Park Avenue, Quakertown, PA                                                        

Quakertown Police filed charges of Simple Assault and Harassment against Uetz stemming from an incident that occurred on 22 July at 133 Park Avenue. Uetz was arrested then arraigned by Magistrate Petrucci and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.

TRESPASSING – July 27, 2021 @ 1:30AM

DEFENDANT: Margi Renninger, Age 60, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police cited Renninger for trespassing at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, after being previously warned on several occasions that she is not allowed on the premises.

CORRUPTION OF MINORS / POSSESSION – July 25, 2021

DEFENDANT: Kevin Umanzor-Ramirez, Age 19, Pennington Ln., Quakertown, PA                                 

Quakertown Police filed charges of Corruption of Minors, Possession of a Small Amt. of Marijuana, Conspiracy to Possess a Small Amt. of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Conspiracy of Possession of Drug Parapharnalia against Umanzor-Ramirez stemming from further investigation into an accident that occurred on 13 June 2021 in the area of 620 South West End Boulevard. There were (2) additional male juveniles charged for Possession.

POSSESSION – July 24, 2021 @ 1:03AM

DEFENDANT:  Wendy Barnes, Age 43, S. Main St., Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police responded to the parking lot of the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, for a welfare check on a female reportedly passed out in the parking lot with her belongings strewn about. On scene, and after further investigation, Barnes was arrested for Possession of suspected Heroin/Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Drug Paraphernalia as well as Public Drunkenness.

UNLICENSED AND UNVACCINATED DOG – July 22, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Austintino Gonzalez, Age 23, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Gonzalez after his dog bit a male in the area of South 2^nd Street and Apple Alley on 18 July.

WARRANT – July 22, 2021 @ 10:50AM

DEFENDANT:  Jeffrey Cooper, Age 44, Blue School Road, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Cooper in the parking lot of Memorial Park off of West Mill Street on a warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department. 

POSSESSION / HABITUAL DUS – July 21, 2021 @ 11:48AM

DEFENDANT: Michael Kinsey, Age 30, E. White St., Summit Hill, PA                                                           

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Kinsey in the area of Route 313 between Thatcher and Paletown Roads for a suspended license. He was subsequently arrested for Habitual DUS and search incident to arrest revealed suspected Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia.

Quakertown Police cited a female juvenile for harrassing another female juvenile at US Gas Mini Mart, 530 East Broad Street on 12 July, 2021.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Deifer in the area of North 4^th Street and West Broad Street for no rear taillights illuminated. He was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Possession of suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

Quakertown Police arrested Petrucelli in the area of 35 South 3^rd Street on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the Giant Food Store, located at 1465 West Broad Street, for the report of a disorderly subject. On scene, and after further investigation, Alexander was arrested for Possession of a spring operated switchblade and his inappropriate conduct displayed at Giant.

DEFENDANT:  Christal Ruth, Age 38, Elm Street, Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle for suspended registration in the area of 320 South West End Boulevard. Before the vehicle even stopped, a female passenger (Ruth) jumped out of the front passenger side and fled on foot. Ruth was apprehended and found to have multiple arrest warrants, gave False ID to police, and was in possession of suspected Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia. She was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $150,000. Ruth was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for underage drinking in the area of South 9^th Street.

Quakertown Police cited Marsh for Disorderly Conduct after setting off a firework that landed near a police car in the area of 1531 Park Avenue.
