CRIMINAL TRESPASS – December 8, 2021 @ 11:05PM

DEFENDANT:  Roger Hacker, Age 47, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police were dispatched by Bucks County Radio to the Bush House Hotel at 200 West Broad Street, for the report of a fire alarm activation through a pull station. The Bush House Hotel was recently condemned and has numerous signs posted on the building advising of such. On scene, and after further investigation, Hacker was arrested.  He was arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella and bail was set at $5,000. Hacker was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – December 10, 2021 @ 10:34AM

DEFENDANT:  Jason Plenderleith, Age 41, New Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Plenderleith for Public Drunkenness at Dunkin Donuts, 224 West Broad Street.
