WARRANT/ POSSESSION –  April 27,2021

DEFENDANT:  Kevin Umanzor-Ramirez, Age 18, Pennington Ln, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Ramirez in the area of 52 Pennington Lane on a felony narcotics warrant out of Lower Salford Police Department. Search incident to arrest revealed marijuana and drug paraphernalia 

POSSESSION – April 29, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Theodore Bickley, Age 51, Henry Avenue, Collegeville, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of suspected Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia against Bickley stemming from a traffic stop effected on 24 April 2021 in the area of South West End Boulevard and West Broad Street.

HARASSMENT –  April 28,2021 @ 8:02AM

DEFENDANT:  Laura Arnaudo, Age 76, West Broad St., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Arnaudo for her inappropriate behavior demonstrated at 212 West Broad Street.

POSSESSION – April 28, 2021 @ 11:11AM

DEFENDANT:  Skyann Zajac, Age 34, S. Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Zajac in the area of Park Avenue and South 4^th Street for expired inspection. She was subsequently arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

POSSESSION – April 28, 2021 @ 6:59AM

DEFENDANT:  Sean Compas, Age 36, Woodview Drive, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a well being check in the area of Heller Road and Tohickon Avenue. Complainant reported a male inside a blue Subaru slumped over the wheel.  On scene, and after further investigation, Compas was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

WARRANT – April 27, 2021 @ 1:06AM

DEFENDANT:  Wendy Barnes, Age 43, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Barnes in the area of 1446 West Broad Street on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear. She was transported to Bucks County Prison.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF/TRESPASS – April 26, 2021

DEFENDANT:  Jared Back, Age 35, Jefferson Ct., Bensalem, PA

Quakertown Police cited Back for Criminal Mischief and Trespassing stemming from an incident that occurred when the Impound Yard located at 777 East Broad Street was broken into on 12 January 2021.

DUI – April 24, 2021 @ 1:01AM

DEFENDANT:  Carnell Long, Age 27, West Elm Street, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Long in the area of 320 South West End Boulevard due to the front passenger side tire of the vehicle he was driving had been rubbed down to the rim and the rim was riding on the road surface. He was subsequently arrested for Driving under the Influence of Alcohol.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – April 22, 2021 @ 6:18PM

DEFENDANT:  Donna Ornosky, Age 59, Arlington St., E. Greenville, PA

Quakertown Police cited Ornosky for urinating behind the ampitheater, located at 501 West Mill Street. She was referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel.

WARRANT – April 21, 2021 @ 5:15AM

DEFENDANT: Thomas Sturzebecker, Age 56, E. Paletown Rd., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Sturzebecker in the area of North 3^rd Street and West Broad Street on an active warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

WARRANT/POSSESSION –  April 19,2021 @ 4:35PM

DEFENDANT:  Matthew Holtzhafer, Age 38, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Holtzhafer in the area of the 500 block of East Broad Street on an active domestic relations arrest warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department. Search incident to arrest revealed suspected marijuana and paraphernalia.

DEFENDANT: Edwin Leiva, Age 31, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Leiva for Public Drunkenness in the area of 20 South Main Street.

PROHIBITED OFFENSIVE WEAPON/POSSESSION –  April 16,2021 @ 12:40PM

DEFENDANT:  Justin Laubach, Age 24, Keiper Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Laubach for being in possession of a Spring assisted Knife, Suspected Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia at Econo Lodge, 1446 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Progam for harassing a female in Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street.

Quakertown Police arrested Krajcsir in the area of 1000 West Mill Street for failing to pull over when a traffic stop was effected on him in the area of Juniper Street and South 9^th Streets for expired inspection.
