THEFT/RSP  - October 25, 2020 @ 5:46AM

DEFENDANT: Fausto Mendoza, Age 59, N. Reese St., Philadelphia, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Meineke Discount Muffler at 630 South West End Boulevard for the report of a theft of Scrap Metal.  On scene and after further investigation, Mendoza was arrested on a traffic stop in the area of Route 309 Bypass at Lawn Avenue exit and charged with the theft.

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER – October 23, 2020 @ 11:59PM

DEFENDANT:  Jordan Kline, Age 19, West 4^th Street, E. Greenville, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of West Broad Street and South 10^th Street for a broken driver’s side headlight and a broken registration lamp. After further investigation, Kline (passenger) was arrested for PWID.

HARASSMENT – October 18, 2020 @ 4:28PM

DEFENDANT:  Amy Koontz, Age 40, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Koontz for her inappropriate behavior displayed during an incident that occurred at 725 West Broad Street, Apt. 1.

UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION ALCOHOL  –  October 16, 2020

Quakertown Police referred two female juveniles to the Youth Aid Panel for underage drinking in Memorial Park, 700 West Mill Street, on 14 October 2020.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – October 16, 2020 @ 2:40PM

DEFENDANT:  Danielle Montalvo, Age 32, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 4 South Main Street, McCooles parking lot, for the report of a fight in progress.  On scene, and after further investigation, Montalvo was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

POSSESSION – October 15, 2020 @ 12:12AM

DEFENDANT:  Ebony Beauford, Age 42, Chew Street, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Beauford in the area of 175 North West End Boulevard for expired registration She was subsequently arrested for Possession of Marijuana.

WARRANT – October 15, 2020 @ 1:09AM

DEFENDANTS:  Wayne Mapp, Age 35, South 3^rd St., Coopersburg, PA

                            Morganne Peters, Age 30, E. Callowhill St., Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Mapp and Peters at Speedway, 140 South West End Boulevard, on warrants out of Bucks County.

POSSESSION/DISORDERLY CONDUCT  –  October 13, 2020 @ 9:31AM

DEFENDANT:  Zachery Winters, Age 31, Jefferson St., East Greenville, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 207 North Ambler Street for the report of a white male subject looking into vehicles, took his shirt off, and was acting strangely.  On scene, and after further investigation, Winters was arrested on a warrant out of Northampton County and Quakertown filed charges of  Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $1500. Winters was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

PROPULSION OF MISSILES/RESISTING ARREST –Oct. 13, 2020 @ 9:46PM

DEFENDANT:  Tavon Scarbrough, Age 25, West Broad St., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Propulsion of Missiles, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct against Scarbrough stemming from an incident that occurred on 13 October 2020 at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, where defendant was throwing various items into the roadway, namely Front Street, where vehicles and persons were traversing.

DUI/POSSESSION  - October 14, 2020 @ 3:33PM

DEFENDANT:  Robert Germon, Age 30, School Street, North Wales, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Germon in the area of 20 North West End Boulevard for a vehicle window sun screen violation. He was subsequently arrested for DUI and Possession of Marijuana.

Quakertown Police cited a female juvenile in the area of Tierney Court and Hickory Drive for violating the Curfew Ordinance.

HIT & RUN – October 10, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Ty Druckenmiller, Age 23, Jakes Pl., Hellertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed Hit & Run charges against Druckenmiller stemming from an accident that occurred in the area of Route 313 and Route 309 on 9 October 2020.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS  –  October 6, 2020 @ 7:07AM

DEFENDANT:  Richard Haase, Age 69, Park Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Haase for Public Drunkenness in the area of 1611 Park Avenue.

WARRANT – October 4, 2020 @ 2:33PM

DEFENDANT:  Frank Oshinsky, Age 44, Carsonia Avenue, Reading, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Oshinsky in the area of 1465 West Broad Street on an active Bench Warrant out of Berks County for Failure to Appear. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

POSSESSION  –  October 3, 2020 @ 11:17PM

DEFENDANT:  Nelson Warlo, Age 23, North 2^nd Street, Stroudsburg, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Warlo in the area of 69 North West End Boulevard for suspended vehicle registration. After further investigation, Warlo was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

WARRANT – October 1, 2020 @ 3:04AM

DEFENDANT:  Maria Collins, Age 46, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Collins in the area of 200 West Broad Street on a warrant out of Newtown Township Delaware County for Violation of a Court Order.  She was turned over to the Newtown Township Police Department.
