DUI – November 27, 2020 @ 7:11PM

DEFENDANT:  Jerome Staggers, Age 42, W. Montgomery St., Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 41 South West End Boulevard for the report of a speeding reckless driver who had pulled his vehicle into the parking lot and then struck two other vehicles.  On scene, and after further investigation, Staggers was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

DUI / POSSESSION – November 26, 2020 @ 12:34AM

DEFENDANT:  Shaolin Hoff, Age 24, Spring Meadow Dr., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Hoff for expired registration in the area of 320 South West End Boulevard. He was subsequently arrested for DUI and Possession of Marijuana.

CONFINEMENT OF DOGS – November 26, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Margaret Fleita, Age 71, Dewsbury Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Fleita for allowing her dog to run loose and then attacked another dog on Dewsbury Lane.

WARRANT – November 24, 2020 @ 9:51AM

DEFENDANT: Kelly Baron, Age 27, Silver Avenue, Willow Grove, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Baron in the area of 99 North West End Boulevard on an active Bench Warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for Failure to Appear. She was transported to the Bucks County Courthouse and released to the Sheriff’s Department.

POSSESSION – November 24, 2020 @ 10:35PM

DEFENDANT:  John Rodriguez Ramos, Age 18, Washington Ct., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Ramos in the area of West Broad Street and North 3^rd Street for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. He was referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel.

POSSESSION – November 20, 2020 @ 8:51AM

DEFENDANTS: Christopher Napper, Age 23, S. Washington St., Pottstown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Napper for expired vehicle registration in the area of West Broad Street at North Main Street. After further investigation, Napper was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

WARRANT – November 20, 2020 @ 5:16PM

DEFENDANT:  Christopher Costantini, Age 35, Sterner Mill Rd., Trevose, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Costantini in the area of 165 California Road on an active full extradition warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear stemming from burglary charges. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

CONFINEMENT OF DOGS – November 17, 2020 @ 8:03PM

DEFENDANT:  Charles Tisdale, Age 32, N. Hellertown Ave., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Tisdale for allowing his dog to run loose in the streets in the area of North 2^nd and North 3^rd Streets.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – November 17, 2020 @ 2:00AM

DEFENDANT:  Steven Killion, Age 34, Heller Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Killion for Public Drunkenness at The Local, 201 East Broad Street.

POSSESSION – November 14, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Kyle Ward, Age 34, Valley View Drive, Quakertown,PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Ward stemming from an incident that occurred on 5 November 2020 in the 300 Block of Erie Avenue.

THEFT / RSP – November 13, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Stacey Keller, Age 45, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Theft and Receiving Stolen Property against Keller stemming from several theft occurances at Liberty Thrift Store, located at 240 South West End Boulevard. 

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER / DUI – November 6, 2020 @ 4:13AM

DEFENDANT:  Shannon Baringer, Age 33, Franklin Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of Front Street for the report of a suspicious vehicle parked and running for the last (2) Hours.  On scene, Baringer was found asleep in the driver’s seat, slumped against the steering wheel. After further investigation, she was arrested for DUI and Possession with Intent to Deliver. She was arraigned by Magistrate Armitage and bail was set at $50,000. Baringer was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT:  Zachary Ray, Age 38, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Ray for Public Drunkenness at the Econo Lodge, 1446 West Broad Street.

DANGEROUS BURNING – November 3, 2020 @ 5:08AM

DEFENDANT:  Tyler Edwards, Age 27, Creamery Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Edwards for deliberately setting fire to a trash bag in the parking lot of the Econo Lodge, 1446 West Broad Street.
