CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – May 28, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Kenneth Stephens, Age 33, Pennington Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Stephens for damaging property, on several occasions between 1 May 2020 and 20 May 2020, by turning over planters in front of Always Beautiful, 332 West Broad Street.

DUI  –  May 26, 2020 @ 12:24AM

DEFENDANT:  Denise Loganavage, Age 57, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to a one vehicle accident in front of 27 South Main Street. On scene, and after further investigation, Loganavage was arrested for driving under the influence. She was arraigned by Magistrate Falcone and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

PFA VIOLATION / UNSWORN FALSIFICATION / FIREARM – May 16, 2020

DEFENDANT:  David Zazulak, Age 48, Virginia Way, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Sale or Transfer Firearms, Criminal Attempt Persons not to Possess / Use Firearms, Unsworn Falsification to Authorities, and Violating PFA Order against Zazulak after he attempted to purchase a firearm in the Quakertown Borough, falsifying the documents.  He was arrested in the area of Route 309 Southbound and Lawn Avenue and arraigned by Magistrate Peranteau. Bail was set at $50,000 and Zazulak was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

THEFT / RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY  –  May 15, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Jason Petrucelli, Age 42, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Petrucelli stemming from further investigation into a  stolen pop up camper incident that occurred  on April 16, 2020 to April 17, 2020 from a residence on the 1300 Block of West Broad Street.

POSSESSION / WARRANT  –  May 13, 2020  @ 4:31PM

DEFENDANTS:  Stephanie Adams, Age 31, Branch Road, Perkasie, PA

                            Brandon Vanderpool, Age 23, Old School Rd., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police performed a well-being check on occupants of a parked vehicle in the parking lot of the Econo Lodge at 1446 West Broad Street. After further investigation, Adams was found to be wanted out of Richland Township and both Adams and Vanderpool were found to be in possession of suspected heroin

RETAIL THEFT  –  May 9, 2020  @ 1:37PM

DEFENDANT:  William Beck, Age 40, Haddon Drive, Macungie, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched for the report of a retail theft of cigarettes from the A-Plus Sunoco, 331 West Broad Street, and the subject had left the premises. After further investigation, Beck was identified and arrested in the area of Route 313 and South 9^th Street.

DUI / Fleeing Police  –  May 2, 2020  @ 3:59PM

DEFENDANT: Wayne Kriebel, Age 40, Lexington Drive, Hereford, PA

Quakertown Police responded to the Plaza Shopping Center, 1465 West Broad Street, for the report of a possible DUI in front of Wine & Spirits. On scene, police located the reported vehicle with Kriebel seated in driver’s side and a two year old in a booster seat in the back. Kriebel refused to exit vehicle for investigation and took off at a high rate of speed through the Quakertown Plaza Shopping Center. He was apprehended in the area of South Main Street and West Broad Street and taken into custody. Police filed charges of DUI, Fleeing Police, Possession of Offensive Weapon, Resisting Arrest, Reckless Endangerment, Possession of Controlled Substance, and other summary offenses. He was arraigned by Magistrate Baranoski and bail was set at $75,000.  Kriebel was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
