DUI / ACCIDENT – March 31, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Frederick Kreiser, Age 66, Laura Lane, Norristown, PA

Quakertown Police filed DUI and Careless Driving Charges against Kreiser stemming from further investigation into a traffic accident that occurred on 8 February 2020 in the area of 47 South West End Boulevard (Route 309).

POSSESSION  / DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – March 31, 2020

DEFENDANTS:  Juveniles

Quakertown Police referred (4) male juveniles to the Youth Aid Panel stemming from a “vaping incident” that occurred at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 2 March 2020.

DUI – March 23, 2020 @ 12:46PM

DEFENDANT:  Jonathan Vanderstine, Age 35, W. Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of South 6^th Street and West Broad Street for the report of an accident involving multiple vehicles. On scene, and after further investigation, Vanderstine had been driving and hit two parked vehicles. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of a Controlled Substance.

DUI / RECKLESS ENDANGERING – March 22, 2020 @ 7:49PM

DEFENDANT:  Donald Penn, Age 40, Campus Drive, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of Juniper Street and South 3^rd Street for a  reported three vehicle traffic accident. On scene and after further investigation, Penn had been driving and hit two parked vehicles. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and had a juvenile in the vehicle with him. Suspected Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia, and an open alcoholic beverage were found in the vehicle.

DUI – March 21, 2020 @ 11:46PM

DEFENDANT:  David Glispy, Age 44, South 6^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a hit and run involving two parked vehicles that just occurred in front of 38 South 6^th Street. On scene, and after further investigation, Glispy was arrested for driving under the influence. Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia were found in his possession.

TERRORISTIC THREATS  –  March 18, 2020  

DEFENDANT:  Bryan Reut, Age 26, School House Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Terroristic Threats, Possessing Instrument of Crime, Simple Assault, and Reckless Endangering against Reut stemming from further investigation into a police dispatch on 1 March 2020 to 32 North Hellertown Avenue for the report of a male pointing a gun at the resident.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – March 18, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Anthony Hymans, Age 20, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Hymans for punching a hole through the glass window of a front door of the apartment complex at 725 West Broad Street on 11 March 2020.

HARASSMENT  –  March 17, 2020  

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited a female juvenile for her inappropriate conduct in a classroom on 13 March 2020 at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

DEFENDANT:  Danielle Dick, Age 40, South 7^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Dick for Public Drunkenness at Giant Food Stores, 1465 West Broad Street.

WARRANT – March 15, 2020 @ 12:38PM

DEFENDANT:  Hubert Hughey, Age 25, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Hughey in the 300 Block of Edgemont Avenue on an active  Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Bucks County Sheriffs.

FALSE REPORTS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT – March 15, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Shane Sutton, Age 25, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Shane for falsely reporting an attempted  burglary in his neighorhood and for throwing a brick through a sliding glass door of that same residence.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – March 14 & 15, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Michael King, Age 39, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited King for Public Drunkenness on 14 March 2020 in the area of Erie Avenue and North Ambler Street.  He was cited again on 15 March 2020 in the area of East Broad Street and Ambler Street.

DUI – March 13, 2020 @ 11:07PM

DEFENDANT:  Allison Jones, Age 37, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Jones in the area of West Mill Street and Pickett Lane for erratic driving. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

RETAIL THEFT – March 11, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Michael Sheldon, Age 51, South 10^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Sheldon for a Retail Theft of Bud Ice that occurred on 10 March 2020 at Giant Food Stores,  1465 West Broad Street.

RETAIL THEFT – March 10, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Tashia Davenport, Age 35, Shishler Street, Phila., PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Davenport stemming from further investigation into a Retail Theft of baby formula that occurred on 3 February 2020 at Giant Food Stores, 1465 West Broad Street.

DUI   –  March 9, 2020 @ 5:24PM

DEFENDANT:  Brandon Kurtz, Age 44, Belmont Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Kurtz in the area of West Mill Street @ North 9^th Street for expired registration.  He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

WARRANT  –  March 6, 2020 @ 11:14AM

DEFENDANT:  Samuel Wynne, Age 22, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Wynne at 401 South Main Street on a Probation Violation Warrant out of Bucks County.  He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

FALSE REPORTS – March 7, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Serena Russo, Age 33, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed False Report charges against Russo for knowingly giving false information to Quakertown Police on 3 March 2020, namely a written statement stating that she had not been given items back that she reported taken from her on 27 February 2020.

POSSESSION / ASSAULT  –  March 4, 2020  

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Simple Assault against a male juvenile stemming from an assault incident that occurred on 2 March 2020 in the parking lot at Giant Food, 1465 West Broad Street.

HIT & RUN / RECKLESS ENDANGERING  –  March 3, 2020  

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges of Hit & Run, Reckless Endangering, and numerous traffic violations against a female juvenile stemming from dual accidents that occurred first at 1 Dewsbury Lane and then at Trainer’s Corner Shopping Center on 8 February 2020 at approximately 11:26PM.

WARRANTS – March 3, 2020 @ 5:51PM

DEFENDANTS:  Ashley Bean, Age 21, Stablewood Drive, Doylestown, PA

                          Theresa Stabene, Age 31, No Fixed Abode

                          Charles Craig, Age 35, Passer Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Bean, Stabene, and Craig all in the area of 585 South West End Boulevard on outstanding warrants out of Lehigh, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties.  They were temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

POSSESSION – March 3, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Kathryn Rockett, Age 28, West Market Street, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Rockett stemming from further investigation into an incident that occurred during a patrol conducting business checks in the area of 240 South West End Boulevard on 24 February 2020.

WARRANT  –  March 2, 2020 @ 3:55PM  

DEFENDANT:  Richard Grasmeder, Age 22, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Grasmeder at 525 East Broad Street on an active Bench Warrant out of Hilltown Township Police Department for Failure to Appear. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Hilltown Township.
