TERRORISTIC THREATS – January 30, 2020

Quakertown Police filed charges of Terroristic Threats and Disorderly Conduct against a male juvenile stemming from an incident that occurred at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue on 28 January 2020, which involved an anonymous texting application.

RETAIL THEFT – January 29, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Chayanne Berdiel, Age 32, N. Godfrey St., Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Berdiel stemming from further investigation into a Retail Theft incident that occurred at Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street, on 28 December 2019. Berdiel is currently incarcerated at Northampton County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

RETAIL THEFT – January 29, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges against a male juvenile stemming from further investigation into a Retail Theft incident that occurred at Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street, on 10 January 2020.

POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA / DISORDERLY CONDUCT  –  January 27, 2020

DEFENDANTS:  Juveniles

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession against one female juvenile and referred another female juvenile and a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Program stemming from an incident that occurred on 23 January 2020 at the Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT – January 26, 2020 @ 9:18PM

DEFENDANT:  Solomon Thompson, Age 30, Jefferson Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police was dispatched to 207 Jefferson Court for the report of a domestic dispute. On scene, and after further investigation, Thompson was arrested for slapping a female in the face twice in the residence. He was arraigned by Magistrate Wagner and bail was set at $50,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT – January 26, 2020 @ 10:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Charles Chew, Age 65, Tierney Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police was dispatched for the report of a domestic in progress at 26 Tierney Court. On scene, and after further investigation, Chew was arrested for pushing a male causing him to fall and hit his head. He was arraigned by Magistrate Wagner and bail was set at $50,000. Chew was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT – January 26, 2020 @ 9:14PM

DEFENDANT:  Kenneth Stephens, Age 33, Pennington Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Stephens at 58 Pennington Lane on an outstanding Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT – January 25, 2020 @ 10:34PM

DEFENDANT:  Elizabeth Kehm, Age 32, Alan Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police was dispatched for the report of a domestic disturbance at 72 Alan Lane.  On scene, and after further investigation, Kehm was arrested for slapping and biting a male in the residence. She was arraigned by Magistrate Armitage and bail was set at $15,000 unsecured.

STRANGULATION / ASSAULT  –  January 24, 2020 @ 4:32PM

DEFENDANT:  Lloyd Hill Jr., Age 24, Court Alley, PA

Quakertown Police was dispatched for the report of a domestic in progress at 20 Front Street, Apt. #1. On scene, and after further investigation, Hill was arrested. He was arraigned by Magistrate Armitage and bail was set at $25,000. Hill was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DUI – January 24, 2020 @ 10:47PM

DEFENDANT:  Andrew Frey, Age 21, Rocky Valley Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Frey in the area of Tohickon Avenue and Route 212 for erratic driving. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and having an open container of alcohol in his vehicle.

FIREARMS VIOLATION – January 23, 2020 @ 10:34PM

DEFENDANT:  Melissa Martinez, Age 38, Gordon Street, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Martinez in the area of 143 South West End Boulevard for expired registration. She was subsequently arrested for carrying a concealed loaded firearm with an expired permit.

FORGERY/THEFT BY DECEPTION  –  January 17, 2020 @ 12:35PM

DEFENDANT:  Rodrick Davis, Age 23, Twycking Way, South Field, MI

Quakertown Police was dispatched to TD Bank, 49 North West End Boulevard, for the report of a black male subject who was at the teller window, attempting to withdraw funds with a fraudulent driver’s license. Police arrived on scene and actor fled. Rodrick Davis was apprehended after a chase and identifed as said actor. He was arrested and charged with Access Device Fraud, Forgery, Identity Theft, and other related charges.  He was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $150,000. Davis was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police cited Jones for his inappropriate behavior displayed on 14 January 2020 at Razor Sharp Barber Shop, 213 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Romigh in the area of West Broad Street and 11^th Street for improper sunscreening. She was subsequently arrested for Possession of suspected Marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

DEFENDANT:  Patrick Koch, Age 33, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Koch in the area of 69 South 14^th Street on an active arrest warrant out of PA State Probation/Parole for parole violations. On search incident to arrest, suspected suboxone pills, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia were found.

Quakertown Police arrested Adamczyk in the area of 213 West Broad Street on an active Bench Warrant out of Montgomery County for Failure to Appear.

Quakertown Police was dispatched to the area of 1465 West Broad Street for the report of  suspicious activity.  On scene, and after further investigation, one male juvenile was cited for disorderly conduct and drug charges were filed against another male juvenile.

DEFENDANT:  Anthony Leister, Age 37, South 2^nd Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police was dispatched for a two vehicle accident at West Mill Street and California Road. After further investigation, Leister was arrested for driving under the influence.

SIMPLE ASSAULT  –  January 8, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Robert Myers, Age 52, Lawn Avenue, Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Simple Assault and related charges against Myers stemming from a Hit and Run incident that occurred on 21 December 2019 in the area of 148 North 9^th Street.

Quakertown Police filed charges against Gerhard stemming from a Retail Theft incident that occurred on 31 December 2019 at Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Roberts in the area of Fairview Avenue and Ronald Regan Drive for expired registration. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

WARRANT/POSSESSION – January 5, 2020 @ 10:26PM

DEFENDANT:  Qadir Jones, Age 28, E. Woodlawn St., Phila., PA

Quakertown Police arrested Jones in the area of 331 West Broad Street on an active bench warrant out of  Bucks County for Failure to Appear stemming from a narcotics related offense. On search incident to arrest, controlled substances were found. Jones was transported to Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

THEFT/RSP/UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MV/POSSESSION – January 4, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Jacqueline Scollon, Age 35, Clipper Way, Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 129 South 2^nd Street for the report of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.  After further investigation, Scollon was arrested. On search incident to arrest, suspected heroin was located. She was  arraigned by Magistrate Petrucci and bail was set at $75,000. Scollon was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT  –  January 3, 2020 @ 10:19PM

DEFENDANT:  Ryan Schuler, Age 32, Garfield Avenue, Lansdale, PA

Quakertown Police cited Schuler for his inappropriate behavior displayed at the Proper Brewing Company, 117 West Broad Street.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS  –  January 2, 2020 @ 11:23AM

DEFENDANT:  David Jones, Age 51, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Jones for Public Drunkenness in the rear of the Quakertown Plaza Shopping Center, 1465 West Broad Street.
