WARRANT  –  February 28, 2020 @ 2:34PM  

DEFENDANT:  Wesley Johnson, Age 40, Stonegate Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Johnson at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, on a Domestic Relations Bench Warrant out of Bucks County. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until picked up by the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER/FIREARMS – February 28, 2020

DEFENDANTS:  Joel Spells, Age 43, 200 West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

                          Taniesha Spells, Age 40, 200 West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

On 28 February 2020 at 1230 Hours, Quakertown Police executed a narcotics search warrant at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street, Apartment 222.

Subsequently, Joel Spells was arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $200,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison. Taniesha Spells was also arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Gaier.  Her bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

POSSESSION  –  February 27, 2020 @ 10:31PM  

DEFENDANT:  Jean Musca, Age 18, Meadow Brook Drive, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Musca in the area of 239 Live Oak Drive for failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Pin Oak Drive and Live Oak Drive. He was subsequently arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

POSSESSION  –  February 24, 2020  

DEFENDANT:  William Anderson, Age 18, Tower Road, Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Anderson stemming from a traffic stop effected on 31 January 2020

DUI / POSSESSION  –  February 23, 2020  @ 1:41AM

DEFENDANT:  Araceli Zavaleta, Age 20, Braithwaite Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Zavaleta in the area of Alan Lane @ West Broad Street for a faulty headlight, speeding, and not stopping at a stop sign. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and having open alcoholic beverage containers in the vehicle.

DUI / POSSESSION  –  February 18, 2020  @ 3:18PM

DEFENDANT:  Jason Petrucelli, Age 42, South Linda Court, Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police conducted a welfare check on a parked vehicle with a male inside slumped over in the parking lot @ Trinity Lutheran Church, located at 102 N. Hellertown Avenue. After further investigation, Petrucelli was identified and found to be asleep/passed out behind the wheel with the motor running and still in drive. He was arrested for DUI and Possession of Suspected Heroin, Marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

CONFINEMENT OF DOGS – February 13, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Daniela Pistone, Age 44, Tierney Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Confined Within Premises of the Owner against Pistone for repeatedly failing to keep her dog on her own property. Latest incident occurring on February 3, 2020.

WARRANT – February 13, 2020 @ 9:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Corrie Vandergrift, Age 39, N. Rockhill Rd., Sellersville, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Vandergrift in the area of 2012 N. Rockhill Road on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Summons Undeliverable. She was arraigned my Magistrate Snow and bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.

DEFENDANT:  Martin Vazquez Pagan, Age 23, Yankee Rd., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Vazquez Pagan for Disorderly Conduct in the area of the 300 Block of Juniper Street.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – February 10, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 7 February for pushing a police officer and the school principal while attempting to leave the building after several warnings were given.

WARRANT/POSSESSION/FLIGHT –  February 8, 2020  @ 12:57AM

DEFENDANT:  Tyler Koshute, Age 26, Maple Avenue, Hatfield, PA

Quakertown Police attempted to effect a traffic stop on Koshute for running a red light at the intersection of West Broad Street and North 4^th Street. Koshute left the vehicle and fled police. He was located hiding in the 200 Block of Juniper Street. Koshute was found to have an active arrest warrant for terroristic threats out of Bedminster Police and was in possession of suspected marijuana and paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Magistrate Kronnagel and bail was set at $100,000.  Koschute was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

HARASSMENT – February 8, 2020

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for harassment stemming from further investigation into a physical altercation incident that occurred on 29 January 2020 in the area of the train station at West Broad Street and Front Street.

POSSESSION – February 8, 2020 @ 10:22PM

DEFENDANT:  Brian Gillmer, Age 23, Indian Creek Road, Telford, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Gillmer in the area of Trumbauersville Road and South West End Boulevard for expired registration.  He was subsequently arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – February 8, 2020 @ 5:19PM

DEFENDANT:  Jamie Nase, Age 30, Whethersfield Circle, Telford, PA

Quakertown Police cited Nase for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief at Buffalo Wild Wings, located at 1465 West Broad Street.

POSSESSION/DISORDERLY CONDUCT  –  February 6, 2020  @ 9:58PM

DEFENDANT:  Elijah Brown, Age 24, Arch Street, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police effected a pedestrian stop on Brown in the area of 505 West Broad Street for erratic behavior. After further investigation, he was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct.

HARASSMENT  –  February 6, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Michael Braster, Age 43, Middle Road, Dublin, PA

Quakertown Police cited Braster for Harassment, Hit & Run, and Driving Under Suspension stemming from further investigation into an incident that occurred on New Year’s Eve at the Eagle Hotel, 201 East Broad Street.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY – February 5, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Gregory Seip, Age 48, Flint Hill Rd., Coopersburg, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Seip stemming from further investigation into a traffic stop that was effected on Seip for expired registration in the area of 195 North West End Boulevard on 10 January 2020.

WIRETAP/UNLAWFUL DISSEMINATION  –  February 3, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Matthew Lambinus, Age 44, Arbor Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Intercept Communications and Unlawful Dissemination of Intimate Image against Lambinus steming from further investigation into a reported incident with Lambinus involving explicit photo dissemination.  He was arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella and bail was set at $200,000. Lambinus was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

TOBACCO COMPLIANCE

On February 4, 2020 between the hours of 3:00PM and 4:30PM. Tobacco Compliance Checks in coordination with the Council of Southeast PA were completed at eleven Borough Stores possessing a tobacco sales license.  All eleven stores were in complaince and did not sell to a minor.

DEFENDANT:  Sharen Higginbotham, Age 54, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police conducted a welfare check on a parked vehicle with two persons inside, in the Giant parking lot, 1465 West Broad Street, after hours. After further investigation, both persons were found to be wanted. Higginbotham had an active bench warrant out of the Bucks County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear stemming from theft charges. Tessier had an active bench warrant for a probation violation out of Lehigh County. On search incident to arrest, suspected Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia were found in Tessier’s possession.

DUI – February 2, 2020 @ 11:35PM

DEFENDANT:  Edward Flanagan, Age 49, S. Old Bethlehem Pk., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Flanagan in the area of North Hellertown Avenue at Court Alley for erratic driving.  He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

BURGLARY/CRIMINAL TRESPASS/DOMESTIC ASSAULT  –  February 1, 2020

DEFENDANT:  Louis Banks, Age 26, Nobel Street, Souderton, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Banks for kicking in the door at a residence in the 400 Block of West Broad Street and assaulting a female resident. An arrest warrant has been issued for Louis Banks. If anyone has any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact the Quakertown Police Department @ 215-536-5002.

DUI/POSSESSION – February 1, 2020 @ 5:18PM

DEFENDANT:  Robert Schneider, Age 33, Skytop Drive, Emmaus, PA

Quakertown Police was advised of a possible DUI driver who was driving erratically and had currently pulled into Wendy’s parking lot, 10 South West End Boulevard. On scene, Schneider was located in the specified vehicle, appeared to be asleep/passed out behind the wheel, with the motor running and still in drive. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. Search incident to arrest revealed a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia in his possession.
