WARRANT – December 14, 2020 @ 9:20PM

DEFENDANT: Justin Jackson, Age 25, South 3^rd Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Jackson at 35 South 3^rd Street on an active warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Office for Parole Violation related to flight to avoid apprehension. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT – December 13, 2020 @ 10:40PM

DEFENDANT:  Henry Reichstine Jr., Age 22, Timberbrook Drive, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 24 South 3^rd Street for the report of a domestic in progress with one party having broke down two doors and left the scene. After further investigation, Reichstine was arrested in the area of Park Avenue and South Main Street. He was arraigned by Magistrate Benz and bail was set at $5,000.   Reichstine was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DUI / POSSESSION – December 12, 2020 @ 8:36AM

DEFENDANT: Jonathan Wilt, Age 37, South 9^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of Devereux Drive and East Broad Street for a well-being check. Reportedly a male was in a white BMW who looked to be asleep behind the wheel with the vehicle running and the lights on. On scene, and after further investigation, Wilt was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Possession of A Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – December 1, 2020 @ 4:43AM

DEFENDANT: Justin Kehler, Age 32, Red Barn Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Kehler for entering a residence in the 600 Block of Juniper Street without permission of the homeowner while the family was inside sleeping. He was also charged with stalking/intimidating a member of the family. Kehler was arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella and bail was set at $ 250,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
