THEFT / RSP  –  April 5, 2020  

DEFENDANT: Lauren Bihl, Age 29, Haldeman Ct., New Cumberland, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Bihl stemming from further investigation into a theft of work IPhone incident that occurred on 11 March 2020 in the 600 Block of East Broad Street.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – April 5, 2020 @ 4:28PM

DEFENDANTS:  Paul Erney, Age 48, John Street, Quakertown, PA

                           Roy Hawkins Sr, Age 54, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the alley area of 23 South 2^nd Street for the report of a fight.  On scene, and after further investigation, Erney and Hawkins were cited for their involvement in the physical altercation.

RESISTING ARREST / DISORDERLY CONDUCT  –  April 1, 2020  

DEFENDANTS:  Anthony Hymans, Age 20, West Broad St., Quakertown, PA

                            Dwain Englert Jr., Age 30, South 9^th St., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct against Hymans and Disorderly Conduct against Englert stemming from a physical altercation that occurred on 29 March 2020 at the A-Plus Mini Mart, 331 West Broad Street.

DUI  –  April 11, 2020  

DEFENDANT: Joshua Church, Age 25, Fels Road, Quakertown, PAQuakertown Police were advised of a vehicle parked facing northbound in the southbound lanes of Route 309 at the intersection of Route 309 and Route 663. On scene, and after further investigation, Church was arrested for driving under the influence.
