POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA – September 30, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel for Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana stemming from an incident that occurred at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 23 September 2019.

RETAIL THEFT – September 30, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Kelly Manfredo, Age 40, Walnut Street, Easton, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Retail Theft against Manfredo stemming from further investigation into a retail theft  incident that occurred at Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street, on 21 August, 2019.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY – September 30, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Sean Allen, Age 31, Sycamore Road, Levittown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Receiving Stolen Property and Unauthorized Use of Vehicle against Allen stemming from further investigation into an incident that occurred on 14 July 2019 in the area of 610 East Broad Street. Allen is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

RETAIL THEFT – September 30, 2019

Quakertown Police filed charges of Retail Theft against McCreary stemming from further investigation into a retail theft incident that occurred at Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street, on 25 September 2019.

DUI – September 29, 2019 @ 1:31AM

DEFENDANT:  Jason Bates, Age 26, East Paletown Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched for the report of a one vehicle crash in the bend on East Broad Street at Elm Street. On scene, and after further investigation, Bates was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

DUI / POSSESSION  – September 28, 2019 @ 1:57AM

DEFENDANT:  Robert Adams, Age 24, Seysler Rd., Franklin, PA

Quakertown Police were conducting a traffic stop in the area of Route 663 and Hickory Drive when Adams erratically drove through the stop. After further investigation, Adams was arrested for driving under the influence and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – September 28, 2019

DEFENDANTS:  Thomas Schmidt, Age 18, Leedum Lane, Quakertown, PA

                           Chase Matusek, Age 18, East Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

                           Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited Schmidt, Matusek, and a male juvenile for attempting to steal wire from the construction site at Neidig Elementary School on 23 September 2019.

CRIMINAL ATTEMPT-THEFT  – September 26, 2019 @ 5:45PM

DEFENDANT:  Jon Latronica, Age 33, No fixed Abode

Quakertown Police responded to the rear parking lot of the Proper Brewing Company, 117 West Broad Street, for the report of a disorderly person who was opening packages in someone’s vehicle and stating he was with the Quakertown Police. On scene, and after further investigation, Latronica was arrested. He was arraigned by Magistrate Snow and bail was set at $25,000. Latronica was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT  – September 26, 2019

Quakertown Police cited one male juvenile and referred another to the Youth Aid Program for skating on the stage at Univest Center off of 4^th Street, regardless of posted signs prohibiting and then disregarding police.

TERRORISTIC THREATS – September 26, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Matthew Holtzhafer, Age 37, E. Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Terroristic Threats and Criminal Mischief against Holtzhafer stemming from further investigation into an incident that occurred on 18 July 2019 at 511 East Broad Street. Holtzhafer is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

SCATTERING RUBBISH   - September 24, 2019 @ 7:10PM

DEFENDANT:  Patti Godshall, Age 60, E. Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Godshall for throwing beer cans out of her vehicle into the parking lot of the Borough Electric at 501 West Mill Street.

TERRORISTIC THREATS  – September 19, 2019

DEFENDANT:  John Griffies, Age 50, East Park Avenue, Quakertown, PA           

Quakertown Police filed charges of Terroristic Threats, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct against Griffies stemming from an incident that occurred at the St. Luke’s Quakertown Hospital ER, 1021 Park Avenue, on 15 September 2019. Griffies was arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Gaier. Bail was set at $500 and Griffies was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

POSSESSION – September 18, 2019 @ 11:39PM

DEFENDANT:  Matthew Cooper, Age 47, Blue School Road, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Cooper for a broken rear brake light and not using turn signal when turning in the area of Hickory Drive and Park Avenue. He was subsequently arrested for Possession of Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

                            Shayden Thomas, Age 18, Essex Court, Quakertown, PA

                            Ryan Pringle, Age 18, Mayflower Drive, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Dedominic, Thomas, and Pringle for Disorderly Conduct for throwing eggs at vehicles and property in the Borough on or about 13 August 2019.

DUS/DUI RELATED 3 OR MORE TIMES – September 17, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Robert Rush, Age 57, Mill Pond Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Rush stemming from further investigation into a suspicious occurance on 9 September 2019 in the area of 59 Pennington Lane. Rush is currently incarcerated in Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

                           Larry Jackson, Age 28, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Schock and Jackson for their involvement in an altercation that occurred at the Bush House, 200 West Broad Street.

WARRANT – September 15, 2019 @ 11:11PM

DEFENDANT:  Antoinette Lewis, Age 48, Winter Berry Dr., Doylestown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of South 2^nd Street and West Broad Street for a broken brake light and expired registration. Lewis was a passenger in the vehicle and found to have an active Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear stemming from DUI charges. She was transported to Bucks County Prison.

WARRANT – September 14, 2019 @ 2:08AM

DEFENDANT:  Michael Luko, Age 29, Benner School Rd., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Luko in the area of North Main Street and East Mill Street on an active Bench Warrant out of Philadelphia for Probation Violation. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

HARASSMENT – September 14, 2019 @ 11:05AM

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for Harassment for bullying and inappropriate behavior toward another male juvenile outside of Quakertown Elementary School, 123 South 7^th Street.

POSSESSION – September 14, 2019 @ 11:30PM

DEFENDANT:  Julianna Mulligan, Age 21, Durham Road, Ottsville, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Mulligan in the area of 531 East Broad Street for a broken rear brake light.  She was subsequently arrested for Possession of suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

ROBBERY / BURGLARY  –  September 12, 2019

DEFENDANTS:  Robert Rush, Age 57, Mill Pond Road, Quakertown, PA

                           Jodi Landes, Age 59, Lavan Street, Bethlehem, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Robbery, Burglary, Criminal Conspiracy, Theft, Simple Assault and other related charges against Rush stemming from further investigation into a dispatched call to the Grundy House, 1611 Park Avenue, on 28 August 2019 reporting assault. Rush was arrested and arraigned on September 11, 2019 by Magistrate Armitage. Bail was set at $50,000 and he was remanded to Bucks County Prison. Police filed charges of Burglary, Criminal Conspiracy, Theft and related charges against Landes regarding same incident. Landes was arrested and arraigned on September 12, 2019 by Magistrate Gaier and received ROR bail.

WARRANT – September 12, 2019 @ 9:48PM

DEFENDANT:  Troy Alger, Age 37, Essex Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Alger in the area of 109 Jefferson Court on an active Bench Warrant for Parole Violation.  He was temporarily house in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

DUI / POSSESSION / IGNITION INTERLOCK  –  September 12, 2019

DEFENDANT:   Thomas Chandler, Age 55, Main Street, Slatington, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of DUI, Possession of Suspected Methamphetamine, and Illegally operating a Motor Vehicle not Equipped with Ignition Interlock against Chandler stemming from a traffic incident that occurred in the area of West Broad Street and North Main Street on 9 September 2019.

POSSESSION – September 12, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Samuel Wynne, Age 22, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Wynne stemming from an incident that occurred on 14 August 2019 in the area of 1408 West Broad Street. Wynne is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

RETAIL THEFT / PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – September 10, 2019 @ 5:38PM

DEFENDANT:  Christopher Johnson, Age 36, West Mill Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were advised of a retail theft in progress at the PA Wine and Spirits, 1465 West Broad Street. The actor was described and last scene running down the alley on the side of the building. After further investigation, Johnson was located, ID’d, and arrested.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop in the area of 1446 West Broad Street for expired registration.  Subsequently Stotsenburgh a passenger in the vehicle was arrested for Possession of suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS / DEFIANT TRESPASSER –  Sept. 8, 2019 @ 2:15PM

DEFENDANT:   Angela Vandyke, Age 39, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police cited Vandyke for Public Drunkenness and Defiant Trespass in the area of 461 East Broad Street after being previously warned she is not allowed on that property.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT / HARASSMENT – September 6, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Martin Vazquez-Pagan, Age 23, SW End Blvd., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Vazquez-Pagan for his inappropriate behavior displayed at Little Caesar’s Pizza, located at 120 South West End Boulevard, on 6 August 2019.

Quakertown Police cited Pistone for allowing her dog to run loose and unattended in the neighborhood at Tierney Court.
