Quakertown Police cited Whitaker for trespassing at Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street on 18 November 2019.

WARRANT  –  November 25, 2019 @ 3:17PM

DEFENDANT:  Matthew McAndrew, Age 49, Juniper St., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested McAndrew in the alley way behind 406 Juniper Street on a Parole/Probation Violation Warrant out of Berks County. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT / VIOLATION OF BOROUGH ORDINANCE

Quakertown Police filed (2) citations against a male juvenile stemming from further investigation into a BB Gun incident that occurred on 12 November 2019 in the parking lot of Dunkin Donuts, 224 West Broad Street.

WARRANT / POSSESSION – November 23, 2019 @ 9:54AM

DEFENDANT:Brandon Alvarenga-Delgado, Age 21, W. Broad Street, Quakertown

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Delgado for invalid registration in the area of North 4^th Street and West Broad Street.  He was subsequently arrested on an active Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear stemming from possession charges.  On search incident to arrest, suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found.

WARRANT  –  November 22, 2019 @ 6:58PM

DEFENDANT:  Eduard Fuchs, Age 57, South 2^nd Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Fuchs in the area of 63 South 2^nd Street on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Parole Violation. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

POSSESSION – November 22, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Rebecca Clowney, Age 33, East Summit St., Souderton, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of  Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia against Clowney stemming from further investigation into an incident that occurred on 31 October 2019 at St. Lukes Quakertown Hospital located at 1021 Park Avenue.

THEFT  –  November 21, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Angelique Tavares, Age 24, East Swamp Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed Theft and RSP charges against Tavares for unlawfully taking skin care products from Hand and Stone Massage, located at 1465 West Broad Street, on 13 November 2019. Tavares was arrested and arraigned my Magistrate Gaier. Bail was set at $2500 unsecured. 

THEFT  –  November 19, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Troy Kaminski, Age 20, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police filed charges of Theft and Receiving Stolen Property against Kaminski stemming from a stolen bike incident that occurred on 27 August 2019 from a residence on South Hellertown Avenue.  Kaminski is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

Quakertown Police cited Iglehart for Public Drunkenness at Roma Pizza, located at 1408 West Broad Street.

DEFIANT TRESPASS – November 16, 2019 @ 6:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Cody Smith, Age 25, Forest Drive, Coopersburg, PA

Quakertown Police cited Smith for Defiant Trespass at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street.

POSSESSION – November 14, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel stemming from an incident that occurred on 11 November 2019 at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, whereas a male juvenile was in possession of a marijuana device.

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE –November 14, 2019 @ 2:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Damon Sanchez, Age 22, Moores Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Sanchez at 11 Moores Court for Possession of Controlled Substance and violating Parole.

USE OR POSSESSION OF INCAPACITATION DEVICE  –  November 12, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges of Use or Possession of Incapacitation Device against a male juvenile stemming from an incident that occurred on 25 October 2019 at the Boro Skate Park located at 900 South Main Street whereas the juvenile used a stun gun on another juvenile.

WARRANTS – November 11, 2019 @ 2:31AM

DEFENDANT:  Jeremy Gussman, Age 43, N. Clinton Street, Doylestown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Gussman at 1446 West Broad Street on (2) warrants out of Hunterdon, NJ and (1) warrant out of Bucks County. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

DUI     - November 10, 2019 @ 2:10AM

DEFENDANT:  Michael Serratore, Age 27, Rose Lane, Hatfield, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Serratore for erratic driving in the area of 1518 West Broad Street. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. On search incident to arrest, suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located.

Quakertown Police filed Charges of Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia against Bauer stemming from an incident that occurred at St. Luke’s Hospital, located at 1021 Park Avenue.
