WARRANT – May 28, 2019 @ 6:50PM

DEFENDANT:  Eduard Fuchs, Age 57, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Fuchs in the area of 200 West Broad Street on an active Bench Warrant out of Bucks County Sheriff’s Department for Parole Violation. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – May 26, 2019 @ 6:50PM

DEFENDANT:  David Strawser, Age 28, South 10^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police responded to the area of South Main Street and Edgemont Avenue due to a report of a highly intoxicated subject walking, severely staggering South on South Main Street. Strawser was located and identified. He was cited for Public Drunkenness and with no one to leave him with, he was arraigned by Magistrate Benz and bail was set at $500.  Strawser was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS / POSSESSION  -  May 25, 2019 @ 7:08PM

DEFENDANT: William Carr Jr., Age 29, South 12^th Street, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of the Rite Aid, 345 West Broad Street, for the report of a “visibly intoxicated” subject, who had been in the Rite Aid store but was now “laying” on the left side of the building.  On scene, and after further investigation, Carr was arrested for Public Drunkenness and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

WARRANT / FALSE ID / POSSESSION - May 23, 2019 @ 11:30AM

DEFENDANT:  Diana Mejia, Age 34, South Main Street, Telford, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Mejia in the area of 22 Dewsbury Lane for expired and suspended registration. She was subsequently arrested on active bench warrants out of Buck County Sheriff’s Office. In addition, Mejia gave false identification to police and was found with suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia in her possession. She was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $50,000. Mejia was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT: Kimberly Christisen, Age 51, Yankee Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Marijuana, Conspiracy of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Conspiracy of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Christisen stemming from a search warrant related to a narcotics and firearms investigation that was served at the residence of 168 Cedar Drive in Richland Meadows Trailer Park, 232 Yankee Road, in Richland Township on 9 May 2019.

DEFENDANT: Jason Shrope, Age 51, Roseto Avenue, Roseto, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Shrope at 1021 Park Avenue on an arrest warrant out of Northampton County Police for Terroristic Threats and Harassment. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to Northampton County.

POSSESSION – May 22, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Danny Trujillo, Age 45, South 7^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Drunkenness against Trujillo stemming from an incident that occurred on 25 April 2019 in the area of West Broad Street and Front Street. Trujillo is currently in Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

POSSESSION  -  May 21, 2019 @ 12:03AM

DEFENDANT: Daulton Kline, Age 20, Cedar Hill Road, Chalfont, PA

Quakertown Police were on patrol in the area of Wendys Restaurant at 10 South West End Boulevard when a vehicle with four passengers was observed parked in the rear lot behind Mattress Warehouse, which was closed. After further investigation, Kline was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

RETAIL THEFT – May 21, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for removing Sparkling ICE drinks from the drink cooler at Quakertown High School and storing them in his locker without paying for them, during the timeframe of 8 May 2019 to 14 May 2019.

WARRANT / RESISTING ARREST / POSSESSION – May 18, 2019 @ 2:55AM

DEFENDANT:  Wesley Clayton, Age 37, Thomas Penn Avenue, Hatfield, PA

Quakertown Police were on patrol in the area of 1465 West Broad Street when they stopped to investigate a parked vehicle and (2) males out behind the building of a closed business (Giant Food Store). Clayton was identified and found to have an active warrant out of Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for a parole violation. When approached, Clayton fled police. He was shortly apprehended and on search incident to arrest, suspected meth was found on his person. He was transported to Bucks County Prison and is awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

THEFT BY DECEPTION   -  May 17, 2019 @ 1:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Howard Pacell, Age 40, Concord Road, Aston, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the Quakertown Trading Post, 585 South West End Boulevard, regarding a theft complaint. On scene, and after further investigation, Police filed charges against Pacell for removing a Dewalt 20 Volt battery from off one of the shelves and after a couple minutes tried to sell it back to the establishment on 8 May 2019.

Quakertown Police arrested Carver in the area of 331 West Broad Street on an active bench warrant out of Northampton County stemming from Simple Assault charges. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police cited Warnas for Criminal Mischief after further investigation into a road rage incident that occurred on 1 May 2019 in the area of 582 South West End Boulevard.

DEFENDANT:  Morgan Sica, Age 19, Yankee Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police served a search warrant related to a narcotics and firearms investigation at the residence of 168 Cedar Drive in Richland Meadows Trailer Park, 232 Yankee Road in Richland Township. Hausmann was arrested and charged with Possession With Intent To Deliver and related drug charges along with Receiving Stolen Property, namely a .45 caliber handgun. He was arraigned by Magistrate Peranteau and bail was set at $50,000. Hausmann was remanded to Bucks County Prison. Sica was arrested and charged with Possession With Intent To Deliver and related drug charges. Her bail was set at $50,000 usecured.

Quakertown Police arrested Mehaffey in the area of 240 South West End Boulevard for Possession of Suspected Heroin and Drug Paraphernalia.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – May 5, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Wilson Maurival, Age 37, South 2^nd Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police investigated a series of vehicles damaged between October 10, 2018 and April 6, 2019 that were parked in the area of 43 South 2^nd Street.  Through this investigation, charges of Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct have been filed against Maurival.

Quakertown Police arrested Bedford in the area of South 2^nd Street and Juniper Street on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Possession. On search incident to arrest, suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located. He was transported to Bucks County Prison and is awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

WARRANT/POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER-May 1,2019@7:40PM

DEFENDANT:  Christopher Stasen, Age 22, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Stasen in the area of 40 Alan Lane on numerous active bench warrants. Search incident to arrest revealed suspected methamphetamine and numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia.  Stasen was arraigned by Magistrate Vislosky and bail was set at $850,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
