DEFENDANT:  Qadir Jones, Age 27, E. Woodlawn St., Phila., PA

Quakertown Police arrested Jones in the area of 345 West Broad Street on a Bench Warrant out of Bucks County for Parole Violation. Search incident to arrest revealed suspected marijuana and paraphernalia. Jones was transported to Bucks County Prison awaiting arraigment on Quakertown charges.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – March 29, 2019 @ 6:01PM

DEFENDANTS:  Donald Mosher II, Age 53, W. Whitcomb Hill Rd., Barton, NY

                            Kevin McGovern, Age 54, E. Swamp Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched for the report of a fight in progress between two males in the South Bound lanes of Route 309 in front of the Pizza Hut, located at 320 South West End Boulevard. After futher investigation, both Mosher and McGovern were cited for their inappropriate behavior.

HARASSMENT – March 28, 2019

DEFENDANT:  David Strawser, Age 28, South 10^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Strawser for harassment stemming from further investigation into harassment complaints on 24 March 2019.

DEFENDANT:  Jason Houser, Age 39, South Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Houser at McCoole’s, 4 South Main Street, on a warrant out of Montgomery County for violating probation.

WARRANTS  – March 24, 2019 @ 4:48PM

DEFENDANT:  Sean Simpson, Age 31, E. Walnut St., Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of 345 West Broad Street for expired registration. Simpson was a passenger in the vehicle and was arrested on warrants out of Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

DUI / POSSESSION – March 24, 2019 @ 2:16AM

DEFENDANTS:  Jose Luciano, Age 30, Mather Street, Hartford, CT

                            Efrain Casas, Age 21, Lupin Avenue, Chico, CA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Luciano for making a left hand turn in a lane properly posted for straight only at the intersection of Route 309 and Route 663. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. Both he and Casas (passenger) were also charged with possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – March 24, 2019 @ 3:23AM

DEFENDANT:  Dominick Corigliano, Age 30, Jefferson Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police responded to the 200 Block of Jefferson Court for the report of an intoxicated male banging on a resident’s door. On scene, and after further investigation, Corigliano was cited for Public Drunkenness.

POSSESSION – March 23, 2019 @ 4:16PM

DEFENDANT:  Samuel Wynne, Age 21, North West End Blvd., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to a residence on Alan Lane for the report of an intoxicated subject that tried to go into the residence. After further investigation, Wynne was located and identified as the suspect. On search incident to arrest, suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located.

POSSESSION – March 22, 2019 @ 11:36AM

DEFENDANT:  Orlando Olivares, Age 23, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Olivares in the area of 300 West Broad Street for expired registration.  He was subsequently arrested for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Olivares was referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel Program.

FLEEING & ELUDING/CRIMINAL TRESPASS  – March 19, 2019 @ 8:49PM

DEFENDANT:  Andrew Sponsler, Age 31, Lumber Road, Green Lane, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Sponsler after he attempted to elude a pursuing police officer, became involved in an accident involving injury and fled the scene, and broke into the Belle Haven Nursing Home, located at 1320 Mill Road, where he was located. Sponsler was arraigned by Magistrate Snow and bail was set at $75,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT:  Toni DeFrancesco, Age 42, 3rd Street, E. Greenville, PA

Quakertown Police cited DeFrancesco for Public Drunkenness at Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street.

DUI – March 18, 2019 @ 11:52PM

DEFENDANT:  Jeannine Carcifi, Age 21, Red Barn Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Carcifi in the area of East Mill Street and North Hellertown Avenue for a broken left rear registration lamp. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF / DISORDERLY CONDUCT – March 16, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Gregory Shoemaker, Age 34, Hill Road, Green Lane, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Shoemaker for intentionally breaking multiple windows out of a vehicle parked in the area of 36 Front Street on 11 March 2019.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Jerrell for suspended registration in the area of 320 South West End Boulevard. He was subsequently arrested on an active Bench Warrant out of Carbon County for Failure to Appear.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Dutko for speeding in the area of 122 South West End Boulevard. She was subsequently arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

TRESPASS  – March 14, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Tyler Watson, Age 18, South Main St., Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Watson for entering the Quakertown Community High School after school hours on 12 March 2019 after having previously been warned not to trespass in the high school.

DANGEROUS BURNING  – March 13, 2019 @ 6:55PM

DEFENDANT:  Barbara Nicholas, Age 70, South 3^rd Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police and Fire Company were dispatched to 132 South 3^rd Street for the report of a fire. On scene, and after further investigation, Nicholas was cited for Dangerous Burning after leaving a ceramic dish with plastic bag on top of activated stove.

Quakertown Police responded to the report of a fight in progress behind the Library – Park at 4^th and 301 West Mill Street. On scene, and after further investigation, two male juveniles were cited.

POSSESSION WEAPON ON SCHOOL PROPERTY – March 12, 2019

Quakertown Police filed charges against a male juvenile for possessing a pocket folding knife and displaying it in the classroom on 6 March 2019 at Quakertown Community High School located at 600 Park Avenue.

ATTEMPTED THEFT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT/PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS

DEFENDANT:  Juan Caraballo, Age 50, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Caraballo on 11 March 2019 @ 7:29PM in the area of 720 Juniper street for attempting to remove items from a vehicle not belonging to him while intoxicated.

POSSESSION / PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – March 10, 2019 @ 9:39PM

DEFENDANT:  Juan Caraballo, Age 50, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched for the report of a suspicious person knocking and screaming at the back door of the Bush House Hotel,  200 West Broad Street. On scene and after further investigation, Caraballo was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Drunkenness.

POSSESSION  – March 8, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Karyne Hennessey, Age 52, Grammes Road, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Hennessey stemming from an incident that occurred on 7 February 2019 at St. Luke’s Hospital, 1021 Park Avenue.

Quakertown Police filed charges of Criminal Mischief/Damage Property against a male juvenile for intentionally damaging (3) vehicles in the area of 1006-1010 Juniper Street on 26 February 2019.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of North Ambler Street and Court Alley for the report of a suspicious vehicle. On scene, and after further investigation, Wright was arrested for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Quakertown Police cited Lucot for Harassment at the Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Blank in the area of 231 Franklin Street for not signaling properly on two separate occasions. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

DUI – March 2, 2019 @ 10:48PM

DEFENDANT:  Sherman Compton, Age 29, Spinnerstown Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Compton in the area of 117 South West End Boulevard for erratic driving and not signaling properly. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. Search incident to arrest revealed an opened bottle of vodka.

POSSESSION  / WEAPONS  – March 1, 2019

DEFENDANT: Dennis Mack, Age 68, 31 South 6^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Stemming from a Narcotics investigation for 31 South 6^th Street, resulting in a search warrant executed on 1 March 2019, Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Heroin/Fentanyl and Crack Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Offensive Weapon against Dennis Mack. He was arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Gaier. Bail was set at $10,000 unsecured with multiple conditions regarding drug activity restrictions.

WARRANT – March 1, 2019 @ 8:27PM

DEFENDANT:  Dwain Englert Jr., Age 29, S. 9^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Englert in the area of 331 West Broad Street on an active bench warrant for a Parole Violation out of Bucks County. He was temporarily housed in the  Quakertown Police Department until released into custody of the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
