DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT – June 30, 2019 @ 3:15PM
DEFENDANT: Silvano Ghali, Age 45, Beverly Drive, Quakertown, PA
Quakertown Police were dispatched for the report of a domestic disturbance in progress outside at St. Luke’s Hospital located at 1021 Park Avenue. On scene, and after further investigation, Ghali was arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Vislosky. Bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.

Quakertown Police filed RSP charges against a male juvenile stemming from a stolen bike incident reported on 15 May 2019 from Jefferson Court.
DUI / POSSESSION - June 24, 2019 @ 8:51PM
DEFENDANT: Richard Giuliani, Age 23, W. Clearfield Road, Havertown, PA
Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of Park Avenue at South 9th Street for the report of a two-vehicle traffic accident. On scene, and after further investigation, Giuliani was arrested.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS /DISORDERLY CONDUCT – June 22, 2019 @ 5:20PM
DEFENDANT: Samuel Wynne, Age 21, No Fixed Abode
Quakertown Police cited Wynne for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct in the area of 101 East Broad Street. At 9:28PM, QPD was dispatched to the area of North 4th Street and West Broad Street for the report of a disorderly person. Wynne was again cited. Quakertown Police took custody of Wynne and arraigned him by Magistrate Baranoski. Bail was set at $500 and Wynne was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
DRUG SALES - June 21, 2019 @ 12:26PM
DEFENDANT: Jacob Pestrak, Age 18, 307 Van Artsdalen Ct., Sellersville, PA
Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession With Intent To Deliver Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia against Pestrak stemming from a traffic stop for a summary traffic violation of speeding in the area of 1465 West Broad Street. He was arrested and arraigned my Magistrate Snow and bail was set at $50,000. Pestrak was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
POSSESSION - June 20, 2019
DEFENDANT: Matthew Neubert, Age 30, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA
Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia against Neubert stemming from a warrant arrest that took place on 6 June 2019 in the area of 530 East Broad Street.

DEFENDANT: Scott Lee, Age 34, Dewsbury Lane, Quakertown, PA
Quakertown Police arrested Lee at 74 Dewsbury Lane on a Bench Warrant out of Montgomery County for Failure to Appear. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police cited Weinman for Confinement of Dogs and No Dog License stemming from an incident that occurred on 11 June 2019 @ 1015AM at the residence of 1211 Juniper Street.

DEFENDANT: John Margerum, Age 30, South 11th Street, Quakertown, PA
Quakertown Police arrested Margerum in the area of South 11th Street and Park Avenue on active warrants out of Philadelphia for court order violations. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT: Brett Alger, Age 35, Essex Court, Quakertown, PA
Quakertown Police were dispatched to 109 Jefferson Court for the report of a fight in progress. On scene, and after further investigation, assault charges were filed against Alger.

Quakertown Police arrested Wynne in the area of 1313 West Broad Street for Criminal Trespass and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Judge Gaier and bail was set at $15,000. Wynne was remanded to Bucks County Prison
THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING - June 12, 2019

Quakertown Police referred a female juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel stemming from an incident that occurred on 11 June 2019 regarding stolen airpods at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.
POSSESSION – June 12, 2019 @ 10:34PM
DEFENDANT: Joseph Monaghan, Age 19, Westfield Ct., Quakertown, PA
Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Monaghan in the area of South West End Boulevard and West Broad Street for turning right on red when sign posted prohibited such. He was subsequently arrested for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
