Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Wood in the area of Park Avenue and South Main Street for driving without headlights illuminated. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

Quakertown Police were dispatched for a well being check at 226 New Street. While being assisted by an ambulance attendant, Jones was cited for shoving the attendant.

DEFENDANT:  Daniel Chanoux, Age 24, Fox Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police was dispatched to 341 Franklin Street for the report of an accident involving a parked car.  On scene, and after further investigation, Chanoux was arrested for driving under the influence. Suspected heroin was located in the vehicle.

Quakertown Police was dispatched to a single vehicle accident in the area of Fairview Avenue and Station Road. On scene, and after further investigation, Ellis was arrested for driving under the influence.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS  –  December 18, 2019 @ 2:54PM

DEFENDANT:  Eric Haug, Age 63, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Haug for Public Drunkenness in the area of 400 West Broad Street.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT/RESISTING ARREST/THEFT  – December 18, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Nathaniel Sanborn, Age 27, No Fixed Abode

On 18 December 2019 @ 9:55PM, Quakertown Police were dispatched to 501 West Broad Street, Masonic Temple Lodge, for a criminal mischief complaint. On scene and after further investigation, it was determined that Sanborn was a suspect in the theft of a laptop and charger. Sanborn was later located at Bush House Hotel and found to be trespassing. While being taken into custody, Sanborn resisted arrest and assaulted two officers. He was later arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella. Bail was set at $100,000 and Sanborn was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

DUI / WARRANT – December 16, 2019 @ 2:00AM

DEFENDANT:  Nicole Poyner, Age 40, Old Bethlehem Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched for the report of a two vehicle traffic accident that occurred in the area of 1106 West Mill Street.  On scene, and after further investigation, Poyner was charged with Driving Under the Influence. She was also found to have an active Bench Warrant out of Northampton County for failure to appear.

POSSESSION  –  December 17, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia against a male juvenile stemming from an incident that took place on 13 December at Quakertown Community High School, located at 600 Park Avenue.

WARRANT / POSSESSION – December 17, 2019 @ 1:21PM

DEFENDANT:  Jonathan Wilt, Age 36, South 9^th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Wilt in the area of North Hellertown Avenue and Court Alley on an active bench warrant out of Montgomery County for a probation violation. On search incident to arrest, suspected heroin, anabolic steroids, and drug paraphernalia were located. Wilt was transported to Bucks County Prison and is awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

ACCIDENTS INVOLVING DAMAGE – December 17, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Madison Casterlin, Age 27, Linda Court, Richlandtown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Hit & Run against Casterlin for leaving the scene of an accident without providing information that is required when in a motor vehicle accident. Accident took place on 12 December 2019 in the area of North Hellertown Avenue and East Mill Street.

RETAIL THEFT  –  December 13, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Zachary Rockmore, Age 26, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police filed Retail Theft charges against Rockmore stemming from further investigation into a theft that took place at TJ Maxx, 221 North West End Boulevard, on 9 November 2019. POSSESSION OF FIREARM PROHIBITED  –  December 12, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Gerald Zipin, Age 44, S. Hellertown Ave., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Zipin for possessing a stolen firearm while having a felony conviction. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $50,000 unsecured.

SIMPLE ASSAULT / HARASSMENT – December 12, 2019 @ 9:24AM

DEFENDANT:  Dustin Fischer, Age 31, W. Broad St., Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 512 West Broad Street for the report of a domestic assault.  On scene, and after further investigation, Fischer was arrested and arraigned by Judge Magistrate. Bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Torres in the area of 30 South West End Boulevard for a broken center brake light. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

HARASSMENT  –  December 11, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Nicholas Sandt, Age 40, Front Street, Hellertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Sandt for Harassment for repeatedly communicating with victim after given clear warning to stop by Quakertown officer on 1 August 2019.

WARRANT – December 11, 2019 @ 11:42PM

DEFENDANT:  Henry Reichstine, Age 21, North Main Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of 20 North West End Boulevard for a broken right rear brake light. Reichstine was a passenger in the vehicle and was found to have two active Bench Warrants out of Bucks County for Parole Violation and Failure to Appear stemming from DUI charges. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Panel after further investigation into an incident that occurred at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue, on 26 November 2019 involving possession of an e-cigarette that contained marijuana.

WARRANT / PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – December 10, 2019 @ 11:12AM

DEFENDANT:  Sarah Novatnak, Age 34, NW End Boulevard, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street, for the report of a domestic in progress.  On scene, and after further investigation, Novatnak was arrested on a Bench Warrant out of Lackawanna County for a DUI and cited for Public Drunkenness. She was transported to Bucks County Prison.

UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION/POSSESSION  –  December 7, 2019 @ 1:35AM

DEFENDANT:  Jada Hathaway, Age 18, Fern Drive, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Hathaway for not coming to a complete stop at West Mill Street and North 4^th Street.  Alcohol was located in the vehicle.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS/CRIMINAL MISCHIEF – December 7, 2019 @ 2:47AM

DEFENDANT:  John Sanderson, Age 27, Parkridge Ct., Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 207 Jefferson Court for the report of a subject breaking a window.  On scene, and after further investigation, Sanderson was cited for Public Drunkenness and Criminal Mischief.

TERRORIST THREATS – December 5, 2019

Quakertown Police filed charges of Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, and Possessing Instruments of Crime against a male juvenile stemming from further investigation into a knife threatening incident that occurred on 22 November 2019 at the Skate Park located at 900 South Main Street.

DEFENDANT:  Ivone Vilchez, Age 34, W. Tilghman St., Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police assisted the Allentown Police Department with the apprehension of Vilchez in the area of 1217 Mill Street on a Felony Warrant out of Allentown for embezzlement charges.

DEFENDANT:  Cody Bell, Age 19, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police assisted the Lehigh County Sheriff’s Department with the apprehension of Bell on a warrant out of West Virgina. Quakertown Police filed Fugitive from Justice charges against Bell and he was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and committed to Bucks County Prison.

DEFENDANT:  Terry Hennings, Age 57, Sterner Mill Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Hennings for erratic driving in the area of 219 E. Broad Street. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle for dark tinted windows in the area of 331 West Broad Street. A female juvenile passenger was referred to the Youth Aid Program for Possession of Marijuana.

Quakertown Police cited Lewis for trespassing at Bush House Hotel, 200 West Broad Street.
