Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Puia in the area of North West End Boulevard and Richland Crossings for a broken registration lamp. She was subsequently arrested for Possession of Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

Quakertown Police arrested Foulks in the area of 601 West Mill Street on a Probation Warrant out of Montgomery County. He was temporarily held in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police arrested Delpopolo in the area of 823 Juniper Street on active Violation of Probation Warrants out of  Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. She was temporarily held in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

Quakertown Police arrested Campbell in the area of East Broad Street and Franklin Street on a warrant out of State Parole for parole violation. She was transported to Bucks County Prison.

THEFT OF SERVICES – August 19, 2019

DEFENDANT:   Michelle Kowalcheck, Age 53, Front Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Kowalcheck for failing to pay a bar bill at The Local, 201 East Broad Street, outstanding from July.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE – August 18, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police filed charges against a male juvenile for unlawfully taking a vehicle and driving it around without the owner’s permission or a driver’s license and after curfew.

THEFT OF LEASED PROPERTY – August 16, 2019

DEFENDANT:   Andrew Perez, Age 27, Welsh Road, Lansdale, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Theft of Leased Property, Theft, and Receiving Stolen Property against Perez for renting a black satin tuxedo valued at approximately $500 on 15 July 2019 from Fischer’s Tuxedo located on West Broad Street, and not returning it.

DEFENDANT:  Bradly Sheaffer, Age 23, Evelyn Lane, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Sheaffer in the area of 1610 Old Bethlehem Pike on (2) active Bench Warrants out of Bucks County for Parole and Probation. He was temporarily housed in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to the Sheriff’s Department.

IMPERSONATING A POLICE OFFICER/INDECENT EXPOSURE

DEFENDANT:   Justin Underdown, Age 24, Clymer Road, Quakertown, PA

On 13 August 2019 at approximately 1138 Hours, the Quakertown Borough Police Department arrested Justin L. Underdown for impersonating a police officer and indecent exposure on two separate occasions. During both incidents, Underdown was operating an auctioned police vehicle equipped with a working overhead emergency lightbar.  On 8/11/2019, at approximately 1630 Hours, Underdown initiated a traffic stop with a female driver on Route 309 in Quakertown Borough. During the stop he inappropriately touched himself and exposed himself to the female. On 8/13/2019, at approximately 0900 Hours, Underdown pulled alongside of a female driver stopped at a traffic light on Route 309.  While stopped, he inappropriately touched himself and exposed himself to the female driver, and then fled north on Route 309. Charges have been filed and the defendant is awaiting  preliminary hearing.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS – August 15, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Samuel Wynne, Age 22, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police filed charges of Criminal Trespass-Enter Structure and Harassment against Wynne stemming from an incident that occurred on 14 August 2019 where Wynne entered a residence on Pennington Lane without owner’s permission. He is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

Quakertown Police arrested a male juvenile in the area of Main Street and Mill Street wanted by Juvenile Probation.  He was committed to the Bucks County Youth Center in Doylestown, PA.

WARRANT / FLIGHT TO AVOID APPREHENSION  -  August 13, 2019

DEFENDANT:   Courtney Willemet, Age 25, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Willemet in the area of Front Street after she willfully concealed herself and moved about this Commonwealth with the intent to avoid apprehension for an active bench warrant out of Bucks County for a parole violation. She was transported to Bucks County Prison.

DUI – August 11, 2019 @ 8:53AM

DEFENDANT:  Brandon Awckland, Age 20, Brick Tavern Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to EZ Car Wash, 350 South West End Boulevard, for the report of a subject asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle still running inside a car wash bay. On scene, and after further investigation, Awckland was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of vodka.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Handwerk in the area of 25 North West End Boulevard for erratic driving and expired registration. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 533 South West End Boulevard for a well being check.  On scene and after further investigation, Galli was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT  -  August 9, 2019 @ 10:00AM

                            Richard Landes, Age 61, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited O’Donnell and Landes for their involvement in a physical altercation that occurred in front of the Grundy House, 1611 Park Avenue.

RETAIL THEFT  -  August 8, 2019

Quakertown Police cited Bell and Aponte for the Retail Theft that occurred at Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street, on 4 August 2019.

DEFENDANT:  Tyrice Carter-Hall, Age 26, N. Gratz Street, Philadelphia, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of A Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and various traffic violations against Carter-Hall stemming from a traffic stop that occurred on 29 July 2019 at 11:39PM in the area of West Broad Street and South 5^th Street.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – August 4, 2019 @ 1:57AM

DEFENDANT:  Thomas Willauer, Age 68, Franklin Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police responded to the area of Franklin Street at South Ambler Street for a well being check on the report of a white male, in his 60’s, laying in the street. On scene, and after further investigation, Willauer was cited for Public Drunkenness.

POSSESSION – August 3, 2019 @ 10:25AM

DEFENDANT:  William Carr, Age 29, South 12^th Street, Perkasie, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to St. Luke’s Hospital at 1021 Park Avenue for the report of found narcotics on a patient that had recently been admitted to the emergency room. On scene and after further investigation, charges of Possession of A Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia were filed against Carr.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Buckingham in the area of East Broad Street and Devereux Drive for operating a vehicle while missing the right front tire. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
