DISORDERLY CONDUCT  – April 30, 2019 @ 11:25AM

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police cited a male juvenile for his involvement in a physical altercation that took place in the gym track at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

 

WARRANT – April 30, 2019 @ 5:37PM

DEFENDANT: Michael Wilkenson, Age 49, Juniper Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Wilkenson at 709 Juniper Street on an active bench warrant out of Bucks County.  He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

 

UNDERAGED CONSUMPTION   - April 29, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Anthony Hymans, Age 19, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Hymans for underaged drinking stemming from further investigation into an incident that occurred on 26 April 2019 @ 1:36AM in the area of Juniper Street and South 10th Street.

 

HARASSMENT – April 28, 2019 @ 12:44AM

DEFENDANT:  Dewayne Abney, Age 50, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to a possible assault reported at the Bush House located at 200 West Broad Street. On scene, and after further investigation, Abney was cited for harassment.

 

WARRANT – April 27, 2019 @ 3:28PM

DEFENDANT:  Timothy Pero Jr., Age 37, Tall Cedar Ct., Pipersville, PA

Quakertown Police were on a traffic stop in the area of Front Street and Juniper Street where Pero was identified as a passenger. During the investigation, Pero was found to be wanted out of Philadelphia for dangerous drugs. He was arrested and transported to Bucks County Prison.

 

DUI – April 26, 2019 @ 7:34PM

DEFENDANT:  Robin McWilliams, Age 50, Madison Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on McWilliams in the area of Madison Court and Independence Place for erratic driving. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

 

WARRANT – April 25, 2019 @ 11:15AM

DEFENDANT:  John Sassaman, Age 31, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Sassaman in the area of 195 North West End Boulevard for violating his probation. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

 

POSSESSION – April 25, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Program stemming from an incident that occurred on 28 March 2019 in the area of Park at 4th involving possession of marijuana.

 

POSSESSION  – April 23, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile         

Quakertown Police referred a male juvenile to the Youth Aid Program for a drug violation that occurred on 2 April 2019 at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue.

 

WARRANT – April 23, 2019 @ 2:12PM

DEFENDANT:  Larry Myers, Age 51, Horseshoe Drive, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Myers in the area of 610 East Broad Street on a Domestic Relations Bench Warrant. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

 

TOBACCO COMPLIANCE

On Monday, April 22, 2019 between the hours of 3:00PM and 5:00PM, Quakertown Borough Police in coordination with the Council of Southeast PA conducted Tobacco Compliance Checks within the Borough of Quakertown. There were (15) compliance checks completed at various tobacco outlets. There were two tobacco outlets that sold cigarettes to a minor being under the age of 18.

       Quakertown Beverage – 124 SouthWest End Boulevard

 

       Giant Gas – 1465 West Broad Street∙

Citations were filed against the retailer and the employee for selling tobacco to a minor.

 

WARRANT – April 22, 2019 @ 5:34PM

DEFENDANT:  Jarrod Rotenberger, Age 44, Milford Square Pike, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Rotenberger in the area of Route 313 and South 11th Street on an active arrest warrant out of State Police-Fogelsville for DUI. He was temporarily held in the Quakertown Police Department until turned over to State Police.

DEFENDANT:William VanBuren Lensinck,Age 46, Hopenville Rd.,Green Lane, PA

Quakertown Police cited Lensinck stemming from a road rage incident that occurred in the area of Route 663 @ Hickory Drive.

 

RETAIL THEFT  – April 19, 2019 @ 1:06PM

DEFENDANT: Delaney Elliott-Miller, Age 20, Albertson Rd., Orangeville, PA            

Quakertown Police arrested Elliott-Miller for shoplifting at Giant Food Store located at 1465 West Broad Street. She was referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel.

 

FLEEING & ELUDING / RECKLESS ENDANGERING – April 19, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Troy Kaminski, Age 19, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Kaminski on 17 April 2019 @ 2:31AM in the area of North Ambler Street and Court Aly for a headlight out. Kaminski took off in the vehicle, speeding and driving recklessly. After the vehicle went stationary, in the area of Cleveland Steel on Mill Street, Kaminski again fled from police on foot.  He was arrested on 19 April 2019 and arraigned by Judge Baranoski. He was given $30,000 cash bail and remanded to Bucks County Prison.

 

THEFT / RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY  – April 19, 2019

DEFENDANT: Eric Schwegel, Age 46, Five Points Road, Mertztown, PA         

Quakertown Police filed charges of Theft, RSP, Unauthorized Use of Automobile, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and numerous summary charges against Schwegel stemming from a traffic stop that occurred on 17 April 2019 in the area of 69 South 14th Street. An arrest warrant has been issued for Eric Schwegel. If anyone has any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact the Quakertown Police Department @ 215-536-5002.

 

POSSESSION – April 17, 2019

DEFENDANT: Dennis Mack, Age 68, South 6th Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia against Mack stemming from an arrest warrant initiated at Mack’s residence at 31 South 6th Street on 12 April 2019. Mack is currently incarcerated at Bucks County Prison awaiting arraignment on Quakertown charges.

 

WARRANT – April 17, 2019 @ 9:02PM

DEFENDANT:  Eric Schwegel, Age 46, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Schwegel in the area of 69 South 14th Street on an active Bench Warrant out of Montgomery County for Failure to Appear. He was transported to Bucks County Prison.

 

WARRANT/ POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER  – April 15, 2019

DEFENDANT: Jamie Winkler, Age 28, No Fixed Abode               

Quakertown Police arrested Winkler at Giant Food Stores, 1465 West Broad Street,on an active Bucks County Sheriff's Warrant for failure to appear for retail theft.  On search incident to arrest, suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found.  She was arraigned by Magistrate Baranoski and bail was set at $50,000. Winkler was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

 

POSSESSION  – April 11, 2019

DEFENDANT: Darlene Puller, Age 52, Tollgate Road, Quakertown, PA             

Quakertown Police filed charges of Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia against Puller stemming from an incident that occurred on 26 March 2019 at 72 Tollgate Road.

 

RETAIL THEFT / POSSESSION/ RESISTING ARREST–April 13, 2019 @ 1:00PM

DEFENDANT:  Mark Swinehart, Age 48, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police were on routine patrol in the area of West Broad Street and South 14th Street when they observed a subject in a white shirt and tan pants pushing a loaded shopping cart across the street. When subject noticed police, he kicked over the cart and fled. He was apprehended and ID’d as Mark Swinehart. Swinehart had unlawfully taken the groceries from Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street. He had multiple active warrants out of Bucks County and one out of Bristol Borough.  Swinehart was in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gallagher and bail was set at $50,000. He was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

 

SIMPLE ASSAULT  – April 12, 2019

DEFENDANT: Juvenile                  

Quakertown Police arrested a female juvenile for assaulting a student at Quakertown Community High School, 600 Park Avenue on 10 April 2019.

 

WARRANT / POSSESSION – April 12, 2019 @ 8:35AM

DEFENDANT:  Cory Fosbenner, Age 33, Perkasie Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of South 9th Street and Constitution Drive for the driver having suspended license. Fosbenner was a passenger in the vehicle and fled the scene but was shortly apprehended. He was found to have (2) active warrants out of Bucks County and was in possession of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $10,000.Fosbenner was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

 

SIMPLE ASSAULT  – April 12, 2019 @ 12:43AM

DEFENDANT: Tywuan Hendricks, Age 36, Front Street, Quakertown, PA                   

Quakertown Police were dispatched to 8 Front Street for the report of a physical domestic in progress. On scene, and after further investigation, Assault Charges were filed against Hendricks. 

 

THEFT  – April 8, 2019

DEFENDANT: Eric Corliss, Age 23, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA                   

Quakertown Police filed charges of Theft and Receiving Stolen Property against Corliss stemming from an incident that occurred on 23 March 2019 in the area of 333 West Broad Street where license plates were switched on different vehicles.

 

WARRANT / POSSESSION / FALSE ID - April 6, 2019 @ 8:05AM

DEFENDANT:  Cheyanne Peters, Age 27, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police arrested Peters in the area of 195 North West End Boulevard on an active Bench Warrant out of Montgomery County, after giving False Identification to Police. On search incident to arrest, drug paraphernalia was found in her possession. Peters was arraigned by Magistrate Wagner and bail was set at $25,000.  She was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

 

PFA VIOLATION / POSSESSION – April 6, 2019 @ 10:10PM

DEFENDANT:  Benjamin King, Age 21, Park Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested King at 164 Park Avenue for violating a Protection From Abuse Order. Suspected Heroin and drug paraphernalia were located in his possession. He was arraigned on the Possession charges by Magistrate Wagner and bail was set at $50,000. King was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

 

STALKING / HARASSMENT – April 5, 2019

DEFENDANT:  Gordon Coleman, Age 56, E. Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Coleman on charges of Stalking and (3) Counts of Harassment stemming from further investigation into a series of text messages that he had sent to his Probation Officer from July 2018 through April 2019. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $250,000. Coleman was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police cited Hymans for Disorderly Conduct and a male juvenile for Criminal  Trespass stemming from an investigation into a disturbance incident that occurred on 1 April 2019 on Quakertown Community High School grounds located at 600 Park Avenue.

 

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – April 4, 2019 @ 10:55PM

DEFENDANT:  Pamela Powers, Age 55, S.Hellertown Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Powers for Public Drunkenness in the area of Franklin Street and South Hellertown Avenue.

 

WARRANT / POSSESSION – April 4, 2019 @ 11:52PM

DEFENDANT:  Jessica Caramella, Age 26, East Cherry Road, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Caramella in the area of West Broad Street and South 8th Street for a broken right registration lamp. She was subsequently arrested on a warrant out of Montgomery County for Parole Violation. On search incident to arrest, a vape pen containing suspected THC liquid was located. 

 

POSSESSION / PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – April 1, 2019 @ 11:49AM

DEFENDANT:  Eric Corliss, Age 23, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police effected a well being check on Corliss who was asleep in a vehicle in the parking lot in front of Beer City, 391 West Broad Street. He was subsequently arrested for Public Drunkenness, Possession of Suspected Heroin, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
