ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD – September 13, 2018

DEFENDANT:  Heather Byerly, Age 28, Washington Court, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police filed charges against Byerly for the unauthorized use of someone else’s credit card on 6 August 2018.

                                                                         

POSSESSION  –  September 12, 2018 @ 2:20PM

DEFENDANT: Travis Woolf, Age 19, Washington St., Phillipsburg, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched for a suspicious vehicle parked behind 641 South West End Boulevard.  On scene, and after further investigation, Woolf was arrested for Possession of Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.

 

WARRANT – September 8, 2018 @ 10:05AM

DEFENDANT:  Stephanie Allen, Age 49, Baker Drive, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police arrested Allen in the area of Hickory Drive and Tierney Court on a warrant out of Lehigh County Sheriff’s Department for Parole/Probation Violation. She was transported to Bucks County Prison.

                                                                         

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE  –  September 6, 2018

DEFENDANT: Michael Cerminaro, Age 40, No Fixed Abode

Quakertown Police filed charges against Cerminaro for operating a vehicle without the consent of  the owner at 10 Naylor Court on 1 September 2018. An arrest warrant has been issued for Michael Cerminaro. If anyone has any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact the Quakertown Police Department @ 215-536-5002.

 

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – September 7, 2018 @ 12:54AM

DEFENDANT: Tyliece Anthony, Age 27, Swede Road, East Norriton, PA

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Anthony in the area of 320 South West End Boulevard for suspended registration. She was subsequently cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

RETAIL THEFT / WARRANT  –  September 5, 2018 @ 1:43PM

DEFENDANT: Benjamin King, Age 21, Park Avenue, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police were dispatched to Giant Food Store, 1465 West Broad Street, for the report of a retail theft in progress. On scene, and after further investigation, King was arrested for unlawfully taking items from the store. He was found to be wanted out of Bucks County for Failure to Appear and transported to Bucks County Prison.

 

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – September 5, 2018 @ 8:08PM

DEFENDANT:  Richard Troxell Jr., Age 45, Scenic View Lane, Hellertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Troxell for Public Drunkenness at Giant Food Store located at 1465 West Broad Street.

 

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS – September 5, 2018 @ 8:10PM

DEFENDANT:  Julio Rodriguez, Age 62, West Broad Street, Quakertown, PA

Quakertown Police cited Rodriguez for Public Drunkenness at Giant Food Store located at 1465 West Broad Street.

 

ASSAULT / CRIMINAL MISCHIEF  –  September 5, 2018

DEFENDANTS:  Juveniles

Quakertown Police filed criminal charges against two female juveniles stemming from further investigation into a physical altercation that occurred on Saturday, 25 August 2018 at the Main Street Park, 900 South Main Street.

 

DUI / HIT & RUN  –  September 4, 2018

DEFENDANT: John Muller, Age 45, South Ott Street, Allentown, PA

Quakertown Police filed DUI and Hit & Run charges against Muller stemming from an accident that occurred on Saturday, 25 August 2018 at 11:40PM on Route 309 at 301 South West End Boulevard, Ciocca Ford.

 

POSSESSION – September 3, 2018 @ 11:49AM

DEFENDANT:  Juvenile

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on a male juvenile in the area of Trumbauersville Road and North West End Boulevard for speeding. He was subsequently arrested for Possession of Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. He was referred to the Youth Aid Panel.

 

POSSESSION – September 1, 2018 @ 3:37PM

DEFENDANT: Michelle Hopf, Age 53, Birch Road, Upper Black Eddy, PA

Quakertown Police effected a well being check on occupants of a vehicle parked in the Giant Parking Lot at 1465 West Broad Street after screaming was heard coming from the vehicle. After further investigation, Hopf was arrested for Possession of Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. She was referred to the Bucks County Community Accountability Panel.
