WARRANT / FALSE ID – October 30, 2018 @ 8:01AM
DEFENDANT: Kimberly Smoot, Age 30, East Broad St., Quakertown, PA
Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Smoot for not yielding to pedestrians in a designated crosswalk at West Broad Street and South 9th Street. She was found to have (2) active warrants out of Bucks County and Montgomery County Sheriff Departments. She then gave false identification to police officers. She was arrested and arraigned by Magistrate Gambardella and bail was set at $15,000. Smoot was remanded to Bucks County Prison.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Sheldon in the area of Trumbauersville Road and Route 309 for not stopping at the activated red light. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to the area of 60 Alan Lane for the report of a suspicious vehicle. On scene, and after further investigation, Driver was arrested for Possession of Suspected Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. He was arraigned by Magistrate Gaier and bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.

Quakertown Police effected a traffic stop on Berg in the area of West Broad and South 5th Streets for expired registration. Subsequently, Berg was arrested for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was additionally charged with Tampering With Evidence for hiding a plastic baggie of suspected marijuana in the patrol car.

Quakertown Police were dispatched to St. Luke’s Hospital Emergency Room located at 1021 Park Avenue on 14 October 2018 @ 2:02PM for the report of found narcotics on a patient. After further investigation, Roberts was arrested and charged with Possession of suspected Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of an Offensive Weapon. He was arraigned by Magistrate Armitage and unsecured bail was set at $20,000.
